Review 1：No hot water for shower. Probably spoilt and we couldnt understand japanese.

Review 5：Hotel offers a free shuttle service to the ski area, outlet mall, and train station. But, it only runs hourly, and has a 2 hour break in the middle of the day. Just about when our train arrived. So we had to catch a cab. The shuttle also stops running early in the evening,about 6pm. If you eat dinner at the mall past that you have to catch a taxi. Good thing is that it costs less than $10 to get back to the hotel from the mall.
Review 6：Double room we had was huge. Not just in relation to most Japanese hotels. The room was huge with a living area and kitchen. Also, the breakfast buffet was really good. It is not cheap but it is a full breakfast,not a continental.
Review 7：After we checked out, the hotel found that the bills were mixed up and Booking.com called me twice while I was driving to clarify the case which was quite annoying.
Review 8：Proximity to a supermarket which is just next door enabled us to buy fresh Japanese fruits very easily.

Review 11：teas were yucky, we booked a room with an infant and asked to borrow a microwave for sterilising milk bottles to the front staff. Other hotels always offered us to use a microwave if we submit a sterilising bag. Even cafes do. But the front staff said just "no". Room was small, noisy bed, shower wasn't correct tempreture...plus no greetings. Never use the hotel again. Thank you very much!

Review 14：The room was welcoming, the mini kitchen great, bathroom was small but still fine. The location was good. Hotel itself is getting old, but it was very clean and well maintained, well presented. We all felt at home at this hotel. Breakfast staff were very sweet and attentive.

Review 24：A relaxing experience as the hotel is situated in the forest. I can hear birds singing. Bicycle is available for rental and shuttle bus runs hourly. It is within 20 minutes walking distance to the nearby big shopping mall. Driving is definitely more convenient. The hotel is quite new and in good design and well kept. My twin bed room is big with a balcony. Foot massager is an added value. Public bath is free and worth trying. Breakfast has quite a lot of varieties. Price is really good!
