Review 1：We booked two same rooms at the same time and at the same rates but on arrival we have received different rooms. First big and had kitchen, second much smaller and without kitchen, but it was sold at same price with no option for discount or replacement.

Review 2：breakfast is good, bed is good, location is so-so (it's good for summer time but if you are going to visit city you'll need a taxi)

Review 3：We ordered room with kitchen and there was no kitchen at all. Staff mixed something and there was no available room with kitchen for us. As a compensation we were suggested to visit their jacuzzi for free but it was not relevant for us at all and after we refused we got nothing instead of that. Second thing, when we booked a room we were asked if we need free parking. When we came to the place there was no place for our car so we parked it in non secured teritory near the other building. Our car was totally insecured (no fence, nothing). We even were affraid that people from that living flats may get angry that peaple from the hotel are taking their places. Third, breakfast was from the menu and we were no supposed to select two dishes from the same group - it's like Soviet union. Moreover we heard restaurant was out of eggs, during our breakfast, so we were the lucky one to get eggs dishes before them. We were wondering if after that people were still allowed to choose only one meal from each category - the list was really poor.

Review 4：It was clean and the room was big enough.

Review 5：Our room had no balcony and faced the roof of the first floor so we had an impression that someone can walk through it into our room :) Few parking lots available - actually we were lucky to take the last one. It was a bit stuffy in a room. A bit bad sound proofing.

Review 6：The location is wonderful - the hotel is situated on the lake coast, it is very calm there and hotel suggests a number of hammocks and beach chairs. The room is very spacious, it seems you can live in a wardrobe. There is a very comfortable chair and a fan. The staff is very helpful, if you order a meal it is delivered to your room in a short time.

Review 7：Although building is not old it is does not provide comfortable atmosphere. Room are spacious, but design is poor and it was cold. You have to leave building to reach breakfast place (in winter not the best option). We could also hear every sound from the neighboring room. Although friendly staff at the reception desk, during breakfast service was not the best.

Review 8：Far from city centre, not cosy hotel, breakfast tasty, but poor and theyserve it only when you order (no buffet), the coffee automat doesn'twork properly, not enough dishes, the waitress always in rush. There isspa in the hotel (very small with no swimming poll), but O.K., if theywould offer us to visit it. But, the receptionist didn't tell usanything about the spa. We went there and later were thrown out fromthere because we didn't make an appointment before (it was veryunpleasant moment), we wanted to relax, but a men came and told us to goaway from spa :( There is a strange smell in the hotel that wedidn't like. We had to pay extra 4 ltl - a tax of the city, however,they took already these 4 ltl from my account before (maybe forsomething else, like currency convertation). There are constructionworks next to the hotel, that disturbs. In common, it is not that badplace to stay, but not for these money, it should be 50% less (I wouldrate like 2 star hotel) then it would be O.K.

Review 9：We stayed there just for one night. Instead of double room, we'vegot double Plus room, it was very nice surprise (with kitchen andterrace), big room. The surrounding is nice and quiet, forest around,fresh air, good for walk, but far from the centre (30 min.walk). But Iwouldn't stay there again. Not bad, but for value of money itdoesn't worth it.

Review 13：There was no wardrobe in the room and no place in bathroom (except floor) where to put the personal hygiene items. If you plan to go by foot to the center - choose another location. We were during the weekend, so there was no noice, but it is a construction going on near-by.

Review 42：We are very disappointed. On the web page there is indicated that there are slippers and bathrobes in every room. There was not. There are even no phone in the VIP appartments so we were forced to go on foot to the reception for to ask for some service. In general the service was really poor and intolerant. The water in jacuzzi was dirty. They probably never change it.
