Reviews for B&B Bel Natura - Couette et Café
Review 1:The whole place had a bad smell. It was cold and rainy that weekend. In the evening we had heating but in the morning no more. Very cold to take a shower and breakfast room wasn't heated too. Can not call it a cozy stay!
Review 2:The women who showed us around by arrival was very friendly.
Review 3:Not much. Maybe the coffee could be better but that's about it great place!
Review 4:Lovely lady owner. Characterful rooms. Great little shop downstairs with quality meats and cheeses. Good breakfast and a comfortable, friendly place
Review 5:The wifi in the upper floor rooms was a little low on the signal strength, but...... that should not be a real complaint :-)
Review 6:Nice place in the middle of Stavelot, great and warm welcome, free parking, nice and comfortable rooms, good and fresh breakfast, very nice hosts
Review 7:Having to leave on Sunday morning, it would have been great to linger over breakfast, taking in extra coffees out on the terrace whilst enjoying the stunning scenery.
Review 8:The central location in Stavelot was perfect for walks into town for meals and drinks. The building was stunning with large windows and high ceilings, a very elegant style of architecture. The hosts were both charming, friendly and efficient at all times. Breakfast was delicious with every taste catered for and served as a showcase for the products sold in the pretty delicatessen.
Review 9:This is an old house, so the floor creaks a little bit... (we didn't mind)
Review 10:We where arriving very late, but this was absolutely no problem, the landlady was very kind and gracious to us. There was ample choice for vegetarians on the breakfast table! The whole house was very stylish and beautifully decorated and well kept details of ages past but with modern comfort (good shower etc).
Review 11:One room had lack of privacy as the bathroom was situated in the bedroom and only separated by a thin stud wall with no ceiling resulting in in lack of privacy. There was no shelves in the shower or places to hang towels. The shower was average and temperamental.
Review 12:The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, very clean and well decorated.
Review 13:Very nice owners, happy to see them again, amazing breakfast with fresh juice and selection of cheese and ham. The rooms are very nice, feeling like at home
Review 14:The rooms are lovely and large and well appointed. The hosts are what truly make this B&B, very accommodating and generous. They operate a small Italian food store from a room on the street side of the premises, and generously provided Italian coffee and antipasti to us whilst staying with them. We also purchased several items to take with us which we we have used and thoroughly enjoyed. Fantastic location, lovely hosts.
Review 15:Single room with bathrrom inside but not closed or isolated from the bedroom.
Review 16:Fair variety of salty and sweet for breakfast. Friendliness and helpful staff
Review 17:No coffee on the table with kettle (very small point, hardly worth raising)
Review 18:Super location for Stavelot and surrounding areas Lovely building and architecture Spacious contemporary/trad. rooms Well equipped Superb breakfast - 5* Super friendly & helpful owners met us with espresso, Biscotti and a warm welcome. Couldn't recommend this enough!
Review 19:The shower over the bath was a little awkward because it was fixed on the long wall with the water spraying across the width of thr bath rather than the length. Everything else was very good.
Review 20:Made welcome with a cup of tea on arrival. Really friendly owners Large comfortable room at the rear of the house overlooking the garden. Large bathroom Very quiet Excellent breakfast with delicious meats, cheese, bread and pastries Tea/coffee making facilities in room Good wifi
Review 21:Housekeeping could of been a little more attentive
Review 22:Bathroom, nice big shower. Breakfast choice. Parking and accessibility to local areas of interest. Nice and clean.
Review 23:Nothing !
Review 24:The owner, Marc, is a very friendly guy. On walking inside, the lovely smell of Epicurean Italian food pleasantly assailed my senses !. There is ample discreet, off-road parking. The rooms are pleasantly traditional and large with views across the back garden to the Ardenne hills. A 100m walk takes you to the main street with pleasant bars and restaurants. An excellent find and we will visit again !.
Review 25:nothing to dislike

Review 27:Stayed for two nights whilst over for the Spa Classic week end and would highly recommend this hotel. The owners were very helpful when my mobile could not get a signal and I got the impression that nothing would be too much trouble for them to help out if they could. The room was very large and clean with a good selection for breakfast. There was good parking for the motorbikes and the bars are just a short walk away.
Review 28:Very large room with large bathroom overlooking the garden area. Very close to small town with excellent museum (3 in one building). A must if you like motor racing as the Spa track is just a few minutes away. Host was very friendly and supplied a welcome, complimentary cup of coffee and biscuit on arrival. Number of restaurants nearby.

Review 48:If you wanted a large selection of bars and restaurants in town then Stavelot may disappoint.
Review 49:The rooms were very large and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and thanks to the owner being Sicilian consisted of a selection of excellent cheese, meat, bread and fruit. The village of Stavelot is very charming and attractive. For our visit we wanted somewhere quiet and Stavelot met our expectations.
Review 50:Beautiful room with a high ceiling, nice and clean bathroom with big shower, good breakfast with fresh orange juice, coffee/tea, fresh fruit and much more, very friendly and helpfull staff.
Review 51:We loved everything! We booked a family room and a double. Both had really high ceilings and were very spacious especially the family room! The bathroom of the latter was also huge. The TV in the double room had a DVD facility. Wonderful hostess who offered us coffee on the terrace whilst the double room was being prepared. Excellent breakfast in a lovely room with wooden panelled ceiling. We will definitely be returning!
