Review 1：it is best to have GPS to find the address. The manager was not there on the agreed checkout time. (but he was friendly on checkin....)
Review 2：Pleasant small flat facing a quiet courtyard. the quality of the beds was good, the bathroom clean, the kitchen was equipped, but not TOO generously. There is ample parking as the place is outside Pavia, the two pizzerie in the immediate surrounding were good. all in all good value for the money.
Review 3：the bedroom was big enough, but if you are staying in 3 (one sleeping on the couch in the living room) then the space becomes a little bit too crowdy. But it's not a problem if you stay for a short period.
Review 4：A good, reasonably comfortable place run by nice people. The guy working there was very helpful and has a great sense of responsibility toward the guests. When the wifi connection was down for some external reasons, he offered me his own mobile phone as a router for a while.
Review 5：We were treated there extremely bad. On our booking reservation was written when we should arrive. and we were on time. When we get there there was nobody to let us in to the property, we were standing in a rain for 10 min. Somehow we have managed to get inside and there was only cleaning lady, which could barely speak english. She called her employer who said, that he doesn't know anything about our reservation. He told us to pay the cleaning lady, and that someone will came at the day of our departure, and give us the receipt. On that day we were very stressed about the whole situation, ready to leave and waiting for someone to come. Then the cleaning lady showed up, and said she couldn't gave us the bill, and that her employer is on vacation in France. She called him, and he told, that he hadn't said anything about someone giving us the check, and that he would send us it via e-mail. We didn't know what to do, becouse we have paid and there was no receipt. We left, and when we got home we checked if we got the bill, but we hadn't. This whole situation was 2 weeks ago, so i don't think we will receive any check via e-mail.

Review 8：The Estate as well as a yard where you can park your car is behind locked gates. Nice clean place. Not the best sleeping for the extra two persons on the sleeping sofa, but fair enough at the Price. No reception, but we where contacted by Edoardo on the Day of arrival, and we made the arrangement when to meet and a vers nice welcome.
Review 9：The owners are very responsible for the quality of the stay in the residence. They try to make it really comfortable for guests! The interier is much better than in some 4 star hotels on Cyprus, everything is clean and good for use. I would like to mention again the hospitality, which makes you feel that your not wasting your money. I would strongly recommend to choose this place. I, myself will surely stay there again next time.
