Review 1：Room is ok but ours (family room) didn't have a balcony. Part of the rooms have.

Review 3：An excellent hotel. Friendly staff and real value for money. 35 minutes by bus (No 8) to Venice and a little less on the train. The station, Preganziol, is on the line between Treviso and Venice Mestre and about an easy 700m walk from the hotel. Food is not only very good for breakfast and good and great value for dinner.

Review 4：The location is ideal as it is very close to Treviso airport. We arrived before check-in time and were give our rooms straight away as they were ready.

Review 6：Located in a quiet area of a small but beautiful town, Preganziol, with a very friendly staff, this hotel is an excellent starting point to explore Venice (station is 5 minutes away). The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast varied and tasty. The fact that there is free parking make this location an excellent choice for those traveling by personal vehicle. Review 8：This hotel is located in a very good location close to train station and bus stop. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the atmosphere. Our room was a triple bed room and was big enough.

Review 9：Noise from very large group of children who filled much of the hotel..and were poorly supervised by accompanying adults..Hot room the first evening before hotel were persuaded to turn it on.I would not have booked if I had known the hotel would be full of students...

Review 11：The bed is very hard and if you like to sleep on soft bed then you can have troubles sleeping easy. The breakfast can have some more variety.

Review 12：Good place to sleep if you want to visit Venice - it is quite place near to the nature. You can go by car 1km to the train station, there is free parking and then the ticket for the train to Venice and back is 6,60 Euro. After about 25 min you get there. The free bicycles from the hotel are also good and you can go by bicycle to Treviso - it is just 7km.

Review 13：Breakfast was quite basic - meaning not a big selection, but still, we could have selected something. Except of that no complaints.

Review 14：Preganziol is close to Venice which was the main reasons why we selected it. Hotel is nice, not luxury category but pleasant to sleep there, the quadruple room for our family was good. There is enough parking space around the hotel.

Review 16：We used this hotel as a place to stay before going to Venice the next day. 10 mins by taxi from Treviso airport. 10 min walk to bus and train station to get in to Venice. Bus cost about £3 euros per person. Good continental breakfast. Good size family room.

Review 18：The Location is not great - 10 mins by fast walk to train station - 30 mins train to Venice. Alternatively 1h+ by bus. Transport to and from the Venice Airport is horrible by public transport (over 1h) or very expensive with taxi (40-50 Euro) This is not a 4 star hotel. No tea/coffee in the room. You are not able to control the air con yourself, have to call reception. Wifi is very poor. You have to get a code for every device every day that lets you log in. Very often I was not getting the login page at all. Once you got it working, it could kick you off after 1h without any apparent reason. Only 2 or 3 English speaking TV channels (CNN, BBC etc.)

Review 63：The hotel place is convenient for day in Venice. We used the train. The train station is about 20-30 min walking with young children, the journey itself is about 35 min. It shout be taken in account that in the morning trains schedule has a window of about 2hrs between 9:20 and ~11:00 (till then there are trains every ~15min). The hotel is clean, there is enough space in the rooms and large parking belonging to the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

Spacious parking where you can place your car right at your room's back door - very convenient if you have a lot of luggage. Very quiet place.
