Review 1：I complained about the air conditioner not functioning properly and the maintenance guy came and confirmed it. He promised to return but didn't. I called the front desk and requested a room change. The clerk said he would check availability and call me back but I never received a return call. We checked out the next day and spent our remaining 4 nights at another hotel.

Review 3：Great value - exactly as described. If you're looking for a "no frills" experience near the beach at a reasonable price - I don't see how you can do better than this. It is right next to the Marriott which will easily cost 2X for a small room. Beautiful pool area and just a 50 yard stroll to the beach. Complimentary hot breakfast buffet is the same as what you would find in a US budget hotel. Charged exactly as quoted on Booking.com (in US$, by the way, not local currency - which avoids the foreign transaction fee).

Review 7：Excellent location for us on our way to the east of the island, near to airport and Seven Mile beach. Small bar also serving good food, seating area and swimming pool. Ideal location for families. Large room with king size comfortable bed. We would certainly book this hotel again.

Review 18：On this particular visit a beach that was not crowded-due to it being low season in Cayman Most members of staff very useful - the odd staff member seeming to be of temporary nature - i e one of the beach attendants. Breakfast always good even though there's no longer any chopped up fruit - we are vegetarian and so welcome different fruit selections. The ability to have fridge in room and basically hot things up or make coffees and teas etc. Locality to some really good restaraunts and bars within easy walking distance.

Review 53：Location is perfect for someone without a vehicle. You can walk to Georgetown or the beach is about 500 ft away behind another timeshare/condo building. Bus can be hailed on the street and came every. Ten or so minutes. Walkable to good restaurants and Camara Bay (modern shopping plaza). I recommend Catch and Chicken Chicken. Delicious food. Breakfast was included with the room otherwise it was 20C per person. Breadfast was Buffett style usually consists of breads and bagels, cereals, make you own waffle, yogurts, cut up fruits (watermelons, cantelopes, pineapples, and honeydews) and whole fruits. Scrambled eggs and a daily side (sausage, bacon, or potatoes). Orange juice, coffee, hot water, and chilled water. No need to stock you fried with breakfast items! Tap water safe to drink!!! There is also a supermarket about 1/2 mile down the street and don't forget to bring your reusable bag. Keep in mind anything you buy is a lot more expensive than it is back home.
