Review 1：I liked the hotel and it's cleanliness, good wifi and poliet staff. I speak Japnease so do not know if they can be as helpful in Englihs or not. But overall, happy with the experience

Review 2：The lobby is on the second floor, so after walking six blocks from JR Station, you have to carry your luggage through the escalator or elevator. It is not easy to rest on the lobby since the escalator emits a strong sound once someone is coming up. The room was really small. We had to push our jackets before closing the door. All instructions to use the microwave oven are in Japanese. Staff are not fluent in English. If you have a concern, get ready to repeat it for more than 3 times. When we asked for information about Harmonyland, they did not tell us we could go to the Sanrio store, three blocks away from the hotel, to buy tickets 50% off.

Review 3：Access to Lawson on the first floor. Breakfast is Japanese style with some western food. The restaurant where breakfast is served functions as a truly Japanese restaurant for lunch and dinner. Vending machines are available to buy drinks and goodies. Bus stop to Oita Airport is 70 m away from the hotel entrance.
