Review 1：terrible wifi signal (only next to pools and reception), shower has only ice cold or boiling hot water - nothing between,

Review 7：The bathroom was not great, shower was very difficult to use as it was so small, and there was a smell from open drains in the bathroom the whole week. The location of the resort on the very top of one of the hills in Imperia meant that to go anywhere we had to get in our car and drive (either down to the local beach, to eat, or to buy groceries).

Review 8：We travel with 2 small children under 4, and having 2 separate bedrooms and a kitchinette are a must for us. This worked out well during the week. The pools were very nice and refreshing, and the overall Ligurian coast was a great location to do many day trips (Cinque Terra, Genova, other beach towns, Piemonte/Gavi).

Review 9：The air conditioning was only in one room of the appartment and the cleaning charge of 60 euros was a bit excessive for 1 night.

Review 17：We spent one week in Villa Giada. The appartment was clean, spacious enough and well equipped. The possibilities in the resort are very good (swimming pools, table tennis, tennis, minigolf,, volleyball...) Villa Giada is located up on the hill around 1,5 km from the beach, so the only possibility to access the sea is by car. There was no problem with space to park the car.

Review 18：Wifi was working only downstairs, location wasn't very good, air condition very bad :( I did not like that we should pay for towels and ben lining separate from hotel price.Far from the sea.

Review 25：Our apartment was lovely and spacious with large rooms. Very clean and tidy. The bathroom was excellent with a very large shower enclosure. We had a private balcony with a table and chairs which was lovely for eating our meals outside. There was also some double glass doors from the main room which gave a view over the main pool area and the hills beyond. Both the pool areas were very good and we never had any trouble getting sunbeds! The resort is about a 5 minute drive from the town of Imperia and there is a supermarket halfway there. The restaurant was very good with excellent views over the countryside and towards the sea. The food was good and reasonably priced and we were never rushed. The staff were excellent and always smiling and helpful. They even helped us with our Italian language! (Thank you Yuri and Davide!)

Review 26：Lack of comfort, old furniture, one set of toiletries for twoo week stay in a 2 bedroom apartment, no hairdryer, no baby cor and when broght after 3 hrs it was dusty and we had to change the mattress. No cleaning, everything had to be paid additionaly and for a sum of money paid (nonrefundable) what we got was poor and below every expectation! I would certanly never ever reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Review 29：Beautiful surroundings, on the top of the hill, with sea view and bridge view. Wonderful plants and trees, not very crouded, small but nice playground, selection of clean swimming pools. Kitchen well equipped though without kettle and toaster which would be very useful. A couple of car parks, no problem to find a parking lot. Supermarket in the near vincinity. Rooms are basic but clean. Nice terraces. Safe for kids.

Review 30：We just had a sleepover on our trip to France, but it was exactely what we needed after a long drive. A refreshing swim in the pool, a good sleep and a lovely breakfast. Perfect boost to hit the road again...

Review 31：We really enjoyed our stay,it is a wonderful place for staying in Liguria. Comfortable apartment with new furniture. Big and clean bathroom with all necessary equipment. Nice balcony with perfect sea view.

Review 32：The worst thing is the internet connection. Normally I wouldn't care so much about it (it's holidays time) but it was announced it works in the rooms but in fact it worked only around the reception (perhaps in the closest rooms too) and in a very annoying way. It happened that this time we really needed the connection so we were a bit upset by that fact. The roads around are tight and difficult to drive on but I guess in Italy it is quite normal.

Review 33：I can definitely recommend the place even if some things could be done better: - the staff is very friendly and helpful (they helped me with my car when I had a problem), they speak good English but remember that they are at your disposal only from 9am to 7pm (if you arrive later it is not a problem, they let your key sticked to the reception door); - the rooms are spacy and well equipped, however the floor tiles we found rather impractical with small kids; - the facilities are nice, especially the pool for kids, the mini golf was also nice even if it is built on a slightly inclined surface, the children playground is small but my son had fun there; - the hotel restaurant is very nicely located and offers decent food for moderate prices.

Review 75：Should be more open to business with clients not close so early with the bar. I understand Italian culture and they have a siesta but clients are on holidays so should be employees working shifts throughout the day to make sure all locations are open. Breakfast should be maintained until the stop time not before and food should be supplied until this time, I found I had to ask for breakfast foods that where not put out after being eaten so my young daughter was always waiting. Not sure if this is a strategy so not use more food or spend less but if you paid for breakfast then it should be supplied from opening to closing time.

Review 76：Mostly a good place in a good location, all round place for family and couples to relax. For the price I got it was very good.It was clean and maintained.

Review 77：1) Since it is spread at different levels on a hill, while it provides a good view, one has to eb prepared to take the luggage via the steps (so travel light if possible). There is an alternative to park your car at alternate parking through a narrow road ( single) and with limited space one has to pray for other drivers to park properly ( my car got scratched) 2) The Address was not picked up accurately by my GPS ( may be it was a GPS limitation, i donot think so)

Internet connection a joke, drops off every fewminutes, take more time to try to be connected than have the connectionitself. Location not so easy to find first time , due small roads.Reception, restaurant, bar openings irregular.

Review 81：We had really nice week at Villa Giada Holiday Club. The personnel was very nice and helpful, the room was clean. Hotel is located near the highway, which was very convenient for us. there is Conad superstore nearby, lots of restaurants and pizzerias just 5 minutes drive near the sea.
