Review 1：we had problem with the wifi most of the time is down or slow. There were items that are not belongs to the apartment stored in the storage area inside the apartment. Hotel Restaurants close every early

Review 3：Hotel is not directly at the lake, you have to walk a distance (approx 10 Min). Having infants that's a tricky task, because the road to the beach is not good protected for pedestrians, meaning there is no secured sidewalk. The lake is very dirty and full of seaweed. Being in this area a car is absolutely mandatory. Using a bike on these narrow roads is almost suicide.

Review 10：I made a non-refundable booking through booking.com. for 3 weekdays in October, so we could visit Gardaland with the kids in their autumn school holiday. 2 days before our departure I found out that Gardaland was only opened from Friday to Sunday. I asked the hotel if they could change the dates and they did without any surcharges. I'm more than grateful for it!!!

Review 12：Jeannete was wonderful and very helpful. This apartment/hotel is very near the center of Lake Garda. They provide free bicycles that you can ride to the center in 5 minutes. The two bedroom apartments are large and clean, but #10 could use a facelift. The underground garage is excellent and connected to the floors via elevator.

Review 49：We loved our week in this hotel. The room we were given was huge, with spacious lounge area, good size kitchen (well equipped) and excellent bathroom with a marvellous shower. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well every night. The staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. There is a large free underground car park (down a steep ramp) and we enjoyed the hotel breakfast (plenty of breads, cheeses/meats, cereal, various fresh pastries, eggs & bacon, etc). The old town of Lazise on the shore of Lake Garda is a couple of minutes walk away and has several good restuarants. Not sure what Lake Garda area is like at the peak of the holiday season but when we went in October it was fabulous. Can't wait to visit again and would love to stay in this same hotel.
Review 50：Nothing super lush about it, but it is extremely convenient and comfortable and central. By the way, the hotel restaurant (papparazzi) had the best food we ate during all our stay. Really nice grills and salads.
