Review 1：i did not like lifts, it is not enough on lift, other lift very slow.

Review 14：Very nice enclosed courtyard, where you can sit and read a book or just have sunbath. There are a lot of activities at their aquapark - five different saunas and pools... Good food and nice view in restaurant which is in the last floor of hotel.

Review 15：We were accomodated on second floor. Here there is passage into water park. All the day from early morning utill evening we were listening to loud voices of passing people stopping lift and clapping doors. No rest at all.

Review 17：In my book, when somebody is visiting your facilities NOT for free you : -shouldn't close them from 22:00 till 12:00 the next morning !!! -personnel should smile, assist, be polite and speak English -you should be able to use your camera at the pool with your kid, we are not talking about a silent room but a fuzzy swimming pool (and especially when the personnel is talking to their own phone!)

Review 19：We' ve stayed for a long weekend. At this time only one elevator was working. Could you imagine 150 rooms hotel (7floors in total), 1 elevator (4-5 people capacity) and lots of families with small children, older persons.. Most of them are checking, going to breakfast the same time.. Be ready to use stairs or wait for 5-10minutes for a chance to use elevator:))

Review 20：Everything was fine - the standard room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good for a 3 star hotwl - I didn't understand the complaints about breakfast in other reviews.

Review 21：Room had many stains and scratches on the walls. No place at the parking, needed to find a free spot in the street around the corner. What is the worst - you must wait ages for an elevator to come every time you need it. Something is terribly wrong with these.

Review 24：I enjoyed my stay at the hotel a lot. It was a pleasure to spend holidays there. The food in the Panoramic restaurant was brilliant - big congrats to the chef! I appreciate good wi-fi connection for free everywhere in the hotel. Id love to thank Algida for a very great SPA treatment she gave me. In general, i recommend the hotel for a little nice break :)

We showed up to aqua center 50 mins before closing and the little girl at the counter didn't want to let us in. She just looked at the clock in disbelief and told us we had to plan our time better. And god forbid you ask for an extra towel for the sauna. So overall great place, great time but just lousy service

Review 28：Great place, great time but typical lousy Lithuanian service. Exception was the restaurant on the 8th floor which was outstanding. We had a fab meal there and a great night.

Review 29：Wifi was intermittent which was a bit of a problem. We didn't expect English TV but had hoped to access some English entertainmwnt via the internet during the evenings. The WiFi let us down on several occasions. The bathrom needs more shelving!

Review 100：There are few things hotel should take more care: 1. Underground parking. There are limited space, but some people used to park the car in a few parking spaces instead of one. That's leave bad sense then you drive in (then outside -12 c), see all parking full and at least 1/10 of cars parked by occupying two parking spaces. An reception do not take care of it. If they would register the cars/rooms, they could easily find that stupid drivers and ask them to justify their cars. 2. The hotel heating system. since they use central heaing it is no possibilities to regulate it independently. And I have to say it was very very hot in the room , even with opened window in winter time !

Rooms are very, very basic and rather stuffy with no air conditioning. We paid an extra 20Euros for a child's bed and it was just left in the room for us to put together!
