Review 1：The room looked like a college dorm in a developing country. We booked a queen room and they gave us a room with two twin beds and they told us to push them together. They have weird policies on entrance and we're not very accommodating. My gf got trapped in the bathroom. The hairdryer was broken. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

Review 3：It is quite in a good location if you are travelling with car – only 2 km from Siena and it is about 10-15 minutes by car. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Review 4：Shame to have such a nice garden and not being allowed to use it. It was closed with a chain and we were told that we couldn´t sit outside as it had rained earlier that day (some three hours earlier). First time ever I have had an argument with hotel staff and I was more surprised than anything else.

Review 8：We could use the wifi only for two days...then our laptop and mobiles could not connect. Until it worked it was pretty good. We had 2 more days and then we came home, so we did not mention to the receptionist. The terrace is usable only until 11pm. In my opinion in case of a friendly chat it is an early time. Otherwise the designated smoking area could be somewhere else. The breakfast was pretty poor. Small baguettes, only one type of salami.

Review 12：The location, it is miles from any food and the train station. It was not at all where the location described. There is a bus that stops outside but this does not run past 7pm and as we were arriving late (as we had told the hotel) this made it very difficult for us.

Review 50：The staff were amazing. They went out of their way to help us book transportation to Milan and even used their private car to help us get to the station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I plan to stay there again when I return to Italy.

Review 51：Hotel is near the autostrade and 1 side of rooms are quite noisy, so ask for another, quiet side when booking I would reccomend this hotel only if you are travelling by car

Review 52：We were only for 1 night, very easy to find if you travel by car, free parking. Rooms are large, features are in normal condition. Breakfasts are acceptable. Restaurant was not working at the end of September but we were allowed to use the terrace and eat/drink everything we bought outside the hotel, there is a supermarket 500 metres away. Staff provided us with all necessary tourist information and maps re Siena.

We took bus #3 from across the street into Siena but wouldnot do it again. The hotel is close to Porta Tufi but on the wrong endof the route so it takes a long time. Instead drive 7 minutes to freeparking behind the Fortezza on Viale Vittorio Veneto. It's the lotwhere the busses park. Then walk in through Porta Fontebranda which is anicer walk than coming in through Porta Tufi.

Review 55：It was just a little out of town on the outskirts of Siena centre, so you had to use the car, the hotel does sell bus tickets but when there are more than 2 in your party it does work out expensive.

Review 60：Staying a night in Siena on our way to Florence. Very easy to find andjust off the motorway which is a positive if not used to the smallstreets of Italian towns, let alone Italian drivers. Very clean hoteland room, had everything we needed including bus tickets into Sienaitself. Buffet breakfast was simple but good, croissants and coffee withsome fruit and cereal also available. Not great for a coeliac butI've only stayed in one place that was. Staff were very curtious andspoke excellent English.
