Review 1：Very convenient location: near Namba subway and train station and the bus to Itami airport, and a short walk to Dotonburi and lots of restaurants and shops.

Review 2：1. during we check-in, the staff is quite rude (we can't hear his english clearly and maybe he feel annoy to repeat again), other staffs are quite nice 2. we found that one towel and one glass is dirty, has some stains on it 3. location is near to namba metro station, but it is a bit far from the shopping street of shinsaibashi 4. the hotel provided bottles of water, we put them on opposite side of the table but the housekeeper put them together on the next day, we didn't make any marks on them and mixed up eventually (we made some marks on new bottles on other days to prevent mix up and waste the drinks again)

Review 3：Aircondition was changed to heater and we had no clue how to operate the controls to make it cooler, was late at nite and no staff available to help.

Review 29：The check-in time is strictly after 3pm.The check-out time is 11am, they couldn't get even one room ready before 3pm. We arrived early at 7am, and had to wait for 8 hours to check-in. I have traveled a lot, this was the first time I encountered such situation.

Review 46：If you are new to Osaka, it might take some time for you to find the hotel. No clear sign or view of the hotel and it is actually just behind a building after you get out of the station.

Review 47：It is just 2 minutes walk from metro Namba station exit 5. Some people said need to walk 20 mins from JR station as JR is on the other side of Namba station and if they don't know how to walk there so it might take longer than they need.

Review 48：No ventilation in bathrooms; had to keep door open in order to breath when taking a hot shower it using bathroom. Limited space to place luggage all opened up but adequate enough for 2 people with one large and one medium luggage plus one hand carry. Air conditioning weird at times. Sometimes too cold and sometimes too hot. Noise can be heard from the window area but no a problem for us as we are deep sleepers. Might bother some though. Over all very good place to stay.

After we got off, with luggages, we were totally lost and weare frequent travellers so we rarely have this type of problem. Luckilythis Japanese lady with google map on her phone took us to the hotel. Itwas 20 minutes even with a location map like Google. Booking.com shouldnot write 8minutes from jr Namba.

Review 58：At check-in they used the term "semi-double" for the double room we had booked. Thankfully it was actually a double bed and not a twin size. Japanese hotels could avoid confusion by eliminating the term "semi-double" and making it clear whether the bed provided for two guests is a "double" or a "twin" size, really intended for only one person.

Review 60：I do like this hotel a lot. The front desk are very helpful. They'll try their best to assist you whenever you've got some problems. There's free flow coffee area near the lobby. The location is very good, it only takes around 2 mins to reach exit 5 of Namba station. Easy access to Takashimaya and shopping alley. There's a Family Mart right at the corner of the hotel. I'll definitely come back again for my next trip to Osaka.

Review 104：We travelled using the Kansai pass to Nara, Himeji, Minoh & Kinosaki onsen. Most JR trains connect from Osaka rather than Namba station. So, a bit of a hassle having to take the JR loop line to Osaka station. But if you are not rushed for time, the additional 30 mins travel is bearable.

Avoid the small japanese restaurant right downstairs by the hotel though, got very rude staff who apparently did not welcome tourists or foreigners in, I was shocked because Japanese people were generally known be very polite, that female waitress was a shocking exception

Review 108：The time we stayed there was not cold at all. It is a bit hot in the noon and afternoon time. It is a bit stuffy by the time we went back to hotel room at night. But the air con only gave out hot air. If you closed it, there is no circulation in the room. I asked the staff and they told me to open window as it was the hotel rule to give out hot air. We opened window and it was so noisy that we could not sleep. I had to firmly asked again for having cool air from air con. I have never lived in a hotel that I was requested to open window and sleep.

Very good room cleaning with nice in-room amentinites provide daily. Though the waiting area (lobby) is small but never got crowded.
