Review 1：took a while to get let into the appartment which was basic at best, poorly provisioned kitchenette (no kettle), 2 small single beds, small bathroom (tiny bath with ripped shower curtain that stuck to you), shutters stuck shut on windows etc. more like a student bedsit than a real alternative to a hotel (more expensive than a hotel too!)

Review 3：Nothing in the kitchen (nor cups/mugs/knife,etc..) I was alone so was able to "cope" w/o all these items for 5 nights but for a family - make sure the kitchen is well stocked. Also no toiletries in the bathroom .... general state of apt needs attention.
Review 4：The purpose of my visit was to visit the Milan Universal Expo 2015 - so staying at this apt was a perfect place.
Review 5：No one there to check us in, Room only set up for two, Although was booked for four. Door to balcony jammed open. and sliding doors to wardrobe jammed shut. (this was reported on the first day but not fixed before we left 5 days later)
Review 6：As this was booked for a visit to the Expo Milano and we were 1stop away from the site by metro and 15 mins away from the heart of Milano the location was about as good as it gets, excellent. Supermarket, restaurants, shops etc., very close. Metro station 5 mins walk away.
Review 7：There are two owners in the same apt building and since we booked two rooms seperately, it created some confusion (exact same address)

Review 9：No bad experience it just hard to find the staff. We need to call them if there is anything we need. It would be good if there is a staff at the reception 24 hrs.

Review 11：Kitchen and bathroom furniture is falling apart, broken smelly refrigirator, one jaw available in the kitchen, no toilet paper. Overpriced !!!

Review 15：Staff does not speak English or French or German. Nobody answers thetelephone. Large, quite desolate building , nobody living there exceptsome tourists. No permanent reception. Wlan is not working - it's alist of some open networks, but they don't work.

Review 20：The apartment doesn't have anything special but it's fair just for staying for some nights while visiting Milan expo. The location is perfect for rho fiera Milano as it takes only ten minutes by metro!
