Review 1：The room rate is JPY$7600 per night including breakfast, really a good price! But when I try to use the swimming pool when checked-in at 18:15, the staff told me that the pool will not be open on thevnext day due to rental to school. So, we rushed to the pool immediately after checked-in. The swimming pool staff told us that the pool will be closed within one hour (i.e. 20:00) and refused for our usage at 18:57! Finally, we promised to use the pool for 15 mins only and were allowed to swim. When I checked out on the next day, the hotel charged me extra JPY$4300 for two persons due to using of swimming pool. As none of hotel staff informed us for the surcharge, it is unbelievable to charge totally JPY11900! We are extremely unhappy due to the huge surcharge (56.5% of room rate)!!!
