Reviews for Villa Rosy
Review 1:Monday night everything is shut in the town. Bit of a long way to beach.
Review 2:Very friendly and helpful staff. It was nice to have a little patio for evening drinks.
Review 3:It's a 20 minute walk to the restaurant. This is o.k. for me and the location at the sea front was great.
Review 4:Nice room for the week. The food for dinner or midday was fantastic. It made a great holiday into an exceptionally good one with a gastronomic experience.
Review 5:- Rude staff: yelling, screaming - Very noisy: next to an amusement park - No air conditioning - Very simple breakfast - Very poor English
Review 6:Nothing.
Review 7:Next door to an amusement park which didn't close till midnight. Breakfast items had poor choice and food was not always fresh. Bed was very hard and pillows were like prayer mats.
Review 8:Reasonable location to beach. Did have decaffeinated coffee. Half board was facilitated near the beach with very good food of good value for lunch or dinner.
Review 9:Unfortunately the staff don't really talk English nor German as it says on the Hotel website. Also, it seemed like they were friendly but not sincerely friendly.
Review 10:What I really liked about our stay at Hotel Jane was that they specially bought some gluten-free rusk and cookies for breakfast after asking at the reception. Furthermore, our room was clean and rather spacious.
Review 11:Very sweet and caring elderly couple running the place. On walking distance (15 minutes) from the beach and close to some shops (3 minutes). I rented an airconditioned double room in the seperate building with a terrace in front. Perfect. Although the bed was a bit small for me (i'm 1.94), i've slept perfect. It's not a big accomodation and due to that the breakfast is limited but they have delicious home made stuff and it's a good start of the day. Car can be parked on the estate itself. It's a good location for a relaxed holiday. If you're not in the mood to go to the beach, you can catch some sun on the grass in front of the building.
Review 12:Clean rooms, nice people
Review 13:it may be a good idea if those wood fence doors can be lined with a flies proof mash.
Review 14:Rooms were a little cool the first night but we soon figured out how to turn the heat up.
Review 15:Friendly and quiet
Review 16:Breakfast is minimal, but starvation is not threatened.
Review 17:This family-run hotel, not big and comfortable. Very nice hosts.
Review 18:They were a bit pushy to have us go visit the restaurant that theowner manages, but we ended up going and the food was good. Thelocation is a little remote, but it's a good base for visiting thesea, Pisa, and Lucca.
Review 19:The owner was very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable!
Review 20:Staying in a triple room with 3 friends I didn't like that theroom only had one key. It wouldn't be so bad if we didn't needthe key to access the property at night. It made it hard for our groupof friends to split up and do our own thing if wanted. Next time Imight opt to spend a little extra and book two smaller rooms for agoup of friends.
Review 21:Our hosts were warm and sweet. They didn't speak much English and wedidn't speak much Italian but we did a great job communicating andmaking sure we were taken care of, from coffee in the morning toarranging for a taxi to the airport. It was very clean. I highlyrecommend Villa Rosy for a casual vacation of friends or a couplelooking to play at the beach, explore the parkland in Torre del Lago andjunp on the train for daytrips in the region.
Review 22:very friendly and helpful staff, very clean. highly recommended. Hotel restaurant at the beach (Nana banana) was excellent
Review 23:very clean, good breakfast meal, green grass, strong wifi signal
