Review 1：I did not liked that TV was very old. small and was not showing channels good. We planned to watch a movie after our relaxing day in SPA center, but with such TV you can't watnch anything. If you charge so much, buy atlies tv with a USB input.

Review 5：The heater of the bathroom was very old and repaired by strange and dangerous way.... Because it was electric I preferred not to use it. The heater inside the room was a an extra heavy metal electric heater and without any control. There was too hot and no way to change it. Our view to the 10-floor soviet "hotel" building...

Review 7：We chose this hotel, because of high point in the booking.com And we think that we were fulled! First of all - cleanness. The radiator in the bathroom was dirty with rust! Nodoby laid our bed after first night (we stayed for two nights), neither our room or bathroom was cleaned. TV remote didn`t worked. So they gave us another one (we asked for it). And..all chanells showed "snowing" view. Even simple things as bible, phone manual (witch number to dial if we want to reach reception), dustbin were missing. At the reception you must allways wait for the receptionist to come. No ring or smth. The price if for high for such a hotel.
Review 8：Many things I did not care for here. And it started from the first impression. The hotel receptionist was busy chatting with friends away from the desk in the lobby, and she seemed upset to have to deal with me during check-in, and I reserved a suite (not cheap) room. also, almost no available parking...had to park in the grass building is old and wooden... every single step made by anyone on second floor can be heard. Which made it difficult to relax and sleep. I would not stay here again.
Review 9：Location is fantastic. Literally 100 meters from the main waterpark building, and all the surrounding attractions.
Review 10：Receptionists, cleaners and waiters never say hello to the guest until guest says hello first - isn't it strange? Mold on tiles all over bathroom. Poor water pressure. Neighbors had a loud party all night long is no reaction from hotel crew - couldn't sleep at all.

Review 34：We got room with the windows to the staff side. So when they are going to smoke all this smell in our room. Next time will ask to change the room.

Review 36：We asked for a 3 bed room, but got 2 bed room with one extra bad that was broken, room was smaller than we expected (later they said that on our arrival 3 bed room was occupies). Women in reception was quite rude.
