Review 1：We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment on 15/03/15. On the day we were due to arrive I received a phone call advising that this was not available due to carpet being wet. We were offered 2 one bedroom apartments instead which we had no choice but to accept. On arrival we found that both of these had steep stairs leading up to the bedrooms, not suitable for either party. We were then allocated apartments on one level however we were then not next door to one another. We have stayed there on another 2 occassions in the past 12 months with no issues so were very disappointed as this weekend was to celebrate a special occassion. Will we stay again, not sure

Review 3：The greeting and check in was perfunctory. We paid the extra for a bath. It was small.

Review 4：Great position just behind Maitland CBD. Easy walk to most places. The room was airy and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. Nice to have a good stereo in the room.

Review 5：I booked to stay one night but at a wedding got food poisoning , they where able to move me to another room until I was fit to travel .. but charged me $ 194.00 from 10.00am to 7pm.. Found this very expensive due to the circumstances

Review 16：The apartment was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast cafe staff were very friendly and hospitable. Very close to cinema and ticket was only $10.

Review 18：Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The extra bed had not been made up prior to our arrival but the staff acted promptly and efficiently to rectify this with minimal impact on us. Located within a reasonable distance from the Hunter Valley. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Review 21：The only thing I can adversely comment on are the stairs in the apartment. They played tricks with my eyes possibly due to the pattern in the carpet.

Review 22：I found the Quest Apartments to be great and very clean and for me a great location to nearby shops etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Review 24：We stayed in the one bedroom executive apartment. The staff were really friendly and offered recommendations on where to go to eat, wi fi free to guests, free parking onsite, location is close to main shopping area. Room itself was quite clean and spacious for two people.

Review 27：My only complaint was the water was hard to get at the right temperature, it was either too hot or too cold at times. It was quite difficult to get the right temperature and avoid sitting on the outdoor setting as it gets quite itchy due to excessive sun exposure (it was clean just overexposed i think). Otherwise it was excellent.

Review 28：Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bed was incredible. Easy access to everything you may need. Across Kmart, 2 minute walk to good food and the pub and Woolies two streets away.

Review 29：2 bed apartment only had 1 bathroom which was a slight inconvenience when it came time to going out as everyone had to wait for the use of the shower. Not much of a problem tho.

Review 40：Quest Maitland got everything we need; top of the class! We booked 2 br apt near the basketball competition venue and my nephew love it! He enjoyed bubble spa in the main bedroom, his "recovery" after game. There's kitchenette with things you need, oven, dishwashing machine. Two bathrooms, wash and dry machine. Entertainment system, iPad,iPhone, iPod dock station with FREE wi-fi and parking! We love the dining area and modern, comfy lounge. Nice and comfortable beds with fresh linen everyday, great ambience, reception and staff at Quest are friendly, courteous and we enjoyed their excellent service even their support service. We recommend this apt for 4 people at Quest. Awesome place to stay!

Review 41：View across road to carpark... Curtains had a gap so strong lights of main road kept room from being dark so despite the amazingly comfortable bed I found myself waking alot

Does this card open the rollerdoor? Do I pay on entry or exit? And beware, the mini bar is notcomplimentary, and is snacks, nuts, soft drinks, panadol - not alcoholas one would expect. Obviously forgot to ask that question? Like I saidthey don't volunteer much information.
