Review 1：Comfortable family room for four, We arrived late and as my cousin's son has special needs we wanted somewhere fairly close to the airport after our flight.We were'nt rushed out int he morning and bery close to railway staion to travel to Venice.

Review 2：WI-Fi does not work in the room and even in the lobby (the speed was around 5 Mb/sec) I booked a room with balcony and minibar and the minibar was missing. In the toilette was missing the brush. Actually these issues were minor.

Review 3：A very good location for visiting Venice. The train station is 100 m away. Travel by train last 30 min.

Review 4：In our room there was an annoying smell - like that of used socks. Otherwise, everything was good!

Review 10：Our 4-bed room actually was a 2-bed room just equipped with additional two-floor bed placed somehow in a limited space. It is not fair from Booking.com and the hotel not to warn about this important fact explicitly in a room description. There was no way for me to realize that fact in advance, before the book confirmation of this room. Therefore, this time I am disappointed about the Booking.com service, not presenting all relevant facts about the room in advance. The hotel and room interior was a little bit old fashioned, like it was from mid seventies. Breakfast was quite average / ordinary.

Review 11：Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is on a very convenient location, just near regional train to Venice and Treviso. Situated near good supermarket, restaurant and pizzeria. There is a free parking place for car. Good WiFi signal.

Review 12：The hotel is very lovely and is located in a very nice and quite nighbourhood in Preganziol. Train station is just a block away from regional trains to/from Venice (about half an hour) and Treviso (about 10 minutes). Staff is helpful.

Review 13：It's not a hotel it's a B&B at best . Everything down to the wall paper was outdated back to the 70s. No 24 hour reception Arrived back at 12.30 and to out surprise were locked out of the Hotel Spend the extra 50 euros and get another hotel .

Review 35：This is a small family run hotel that offers a realistic alternative for travellers wanting to pay less for their trip to Venice and don't mind staying some distance away..on the mainland towards Treviso. It is located just next to the station for trains going to Venice 30 min one way and Treviso 10 min the other way.. (Regular services) Ticket machine on the platform. Quiet location supermarket 3 min walk Excellent restaurant nearby. Cafe/wine bar 10 min walk. Good value for money. Friendly helpful staff..

Review 40：I stayed in this hotel six uears earlier. It appears they did not change anything, only time had run down the place. We were unlucky to have a room on the top floor with air-condition blowing warm air. Fortunately it was September and not very hot. The room and furniture rund down, badly in need of renovation and/or change. A bit stressful even if one stays for only one night.

Review 52：The location is perfect for visiting Venice or Treviso. San Trovasotrain station is just 100 meters from the hotel and there are regulartrains to and from Venice. Tickets are easily available and cost around6 euros return. The hotel manager was very helpful with all our travelarrangements and car parking on site. We spent a perfect three daysthere and would definitely go again if circumstances allow. This hotelticks so many boxes.

We bought and paid for coffees, and asked if we might have a pastry, since they were still there, and the host was very rude. In the end let us have some, but not without making us feel very uncomfortable.

This hotel is a perfect alternativ if you want to avoid thevery high prices of the central Venice. The hotel is placed in a quiet area which was also very nice.Important also to mention that this hotel is only 3 km from the Treviso airport where Ryanair flies to.
