Review 1：When I've arrived to the hotel at noon they asked me to pay full amount immediately and then they informed that room will be ready by 15:00. Room was extremely small Next time I've stayed in Best Western, where for half price of Hokke Club rate I've got a little bigger and fleshly remodeled room.

Review 4：The hotel is starting to show its age a little but not so bad that it causes a problem. In general, Japanese hotels ask to take a copy of your passport. Most resident foreigners don't carry one, so they will accept a residents card instead. However, they don't explain why they need the information or what they will do with it after you leave. It seems like a invasion of privacy but what would be the result if you refuse? This hotel was no exception. I didn't find any grammatically correct English language text at all in the hotel.
Review 5：The location is good, close to the covered shopping arcade not to far from the station and it's airport bus stop. The shower was amazing. On maximum flow it is the strongest shower jet that I have ever experienced. Great value for money!
Review 6：I just stay for a night in a bizz trip. Very nice hotel, after a meeting and meeting go to the top and have a onsen was really nice. Stuff is friendly. Definitely I will stay there if I have a chance.

I reserved my two rooms: one single room did not include breakfast but the other twin room rate incuded breakfast fees, but it did not make at the hotel, the hotel staff charged me breakfast. English did not get through. I could not resist her.
