Review 2：Location was excellent and close to the port and centre. Hotel had a shuttle service for transfers from port to hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and a great terrace with amazing views.

Review 4：A very small room with no comforts at all. Wifi did not work and breakfast was rather poor!!! We were not even offered a cod for our kid after we paid 240 euros! Very poorly oriented towards customers.

Review 6：Breakfast selection was poor,coffee from machine was awful,reception closed early and opened late...plus when we came to check out we were told the price would be 260 euros,120 euros more than what was quoted with booking.com!..because we were leaving to get the 8am ferry there was nobody on reception to speak to and one of the members of staff had to call someone to ask how much we had to pay-after looking on the hotel website after we had departed it was the correct price that the hotel had charged us however the initial booking with booking.com showed a total 2xnight price of 140 euros...

Our room was described as having a "partial sea-view", which was actually a full sea-view with sunrise right in front. Their restaurant offers great pizza at reasonable prices. You can munch away while observing Stromboli volcano. Beer from the tap. Just great!
