Review 1：Our 5th visit and we absolutely love the hotel and particularly the staff. All, from reception to the ladies who clean the rooms are so dedicated and professional and more importantly, so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Review 2：The quality of restaurant at the hotel is bad and overpriced.Use restaurants in the area. Especially the next door bar/restaurant is good and better priced. On Sunday surrounding restaurants in the area are closed. Either you have to go to Treviso or use the restaurant at the hotel. WiFi connection from the room can be weak from time to time. This also goes for the WiFi connection at the reception/bar.

Review 3：Spacious rooms, very quiet, nice and relaxing pool. Enough parking space. Nearby train station with free parking is perfect for visits to Venice and other cities.

Review 8：We needed late check in so I booked a upstairs room non smoking room, In a hotel supposed to be near airport. A €15 taxi later we arrived a at a room on the ground floor that smelled of stale smoke and had Japanese tourists congregating in the lobby and corridors chain smoking. The windows had shutters which closed but had a bolt which naturally opened to let air in which is ok upstairs but as we were on the ground floor, people walking past could see in. It took us two bus journeys to get back to the airport to catch our early morning flight which we nearly missed would have been easier to stop in treviso itself!

Review 19：Me and my family only stayed there for 3 nights, but the hotel is nicely kept and clean. It is very quiet, whilst in a good location (next to the a main road which links right to the motoways were you can go visit the nice cities in the region. It is definitely recommended, if you rent a car as it is well connected to Venice qnd Verona, while being able to pay a more reasonable price

Review 35：It was an stop-over night to Venice. This hotel is very near to Treviso airport with a cab ride. The receptionist was very helpful, providing us the bus number and the timing to catch the bus to the train station. I would say, this hotel definitely value for money. The breakfast was great too.

Review 54：Everything was great, the rooms are spacious and clean, with a lot of daylight. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful and kindly. Distance of the hotel to the city center of Treviso is very small, just a few minutes away by car, so it is convenient for hotel guests who came to visit the city. Parking for cars is available.

Review 55：The pool could have been cleaner and there was no jacuzzi. The bar lacked an atmosphere, it was quite stuffy and the prices for drinks were excessive. The bar wasn't staffed all the time. Breakfast was apparently split into two rooms, one for larger groups and one for smaller groups and individuals, however we were not made aware of this. The few staff that were there failed to make us aware of this and as such we, as well as a few other guests, ended up in the wrong room. The breakfast served in the group room, which was where we were was very basic.

Review 56：Spacious and clean hotel. The double room was very comfortable and definitely worth the money. Easy to find and excellent parking facilities.

Review 57：Only used the hotel as an 8 hour stop-over during the day (to hold the suitcases) prior to flying from Treviso airport back to UK. Air conditioning didn't work very well in the room we were allocated. Cannot confirm quality of breakfast.

Review 59：Both our children hurt themselves on the metal frame of their sofa bed in the suite we had. Wooden sun loungers rickety and some broken. they are also uncomfortable to lie on. There are some small cushions in the indoor area, but on our last day one guest had already got nearly all of them scattered underneath him and between his legs! Not a pretty sight and not comfortable for the other dozen of us. You need an hour to get to Venice Sta Lucia if you have the buses and train times worked out, a little longer coming back and you need to have left Venice by about 7.30pm. About 8/9 euros per person return.

Review 63：This hotel has been a beautiful hotel at one point in time but most definatly a long time ago. It now looks tired and unloved. The dead potted plants at the front entrance was a common theme which ran throughout this hotel. It is in desperate need of a revamp.

The relax area (pools, sauna &steam bath) was poor, with no towels, partially unavailbable duringwinter time (inner and outer pools are closed) and the access was notincluded in the hotel price. We found limited choices and low quality inbreakfast. The room was overall good but the bath's discharge was notproperly working, such as the door handle.
