Review 1：the view to the sea is just stunning. u can hear the waves throughout the night if the room is facing the sea. watching the sunrise from the hotel is just beautiful.

Review 3：We loved the location, right on the beach! The views were gorgeous, the service was excellent, the staff was friendly and the rooms were quite comfortable, if a bit small. Best of all the AC was quiet and sufficient! Great place on the Conero Riviera!
Review 4：We have not receive warnings that Swimming pool was close on September 15-22 (25 C degrees) and also the beach area had not service...so you have to go to another beach if you wanted service...that means you need to drive. ;-) and it pointless to pay more for a hotel with direct access to the beach.

Review 6：Not as advertised. Refrigerator broken. We were told it would be fixed but it never was. Thought the plug might be loose - big mistake to check that ... there was about 2 inches of dust and dirt behind it. yuck. Early September. Beautiful weather - too bad the pool was closed and beach chairs were packed away. Hotel advertised bicycles. They were also not available.

Review 8：Not worth the price . We stayed on a Saturday night and had to wait for the nearby disco to finish at 1 pm before we could sleep . Even with ear plugs and double glazing we could still hear the (so called) music ( sounded more like a battle from a Star Wars film! We won't stay again and certainly wouldn't recommend anyone else to stay.

Review 13：Hotel is right on the beach. It makes sence to pay extra 10 Euro a day for the sea view. Nice towns around, easy access by car. Free parking was always available. Breakfast was good, cappuchino - very good. Staff very friendly.
