Hotel Cincotta sells fast on our site. Located on the top of a reef, Hotel Cincotta offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. It has a large sun terrace with a swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
This Aeolian-style hotel features traditional white exterior and interior walls. Its public spaces boast traditional Mediterranean decoration with wooden furniture.
On sunny days, buffet breakfast is served on a terrace overlooking the sea. The on-site restaurant serves local and national cuisine.
The rooms are simply furnished. All air conditioned, they offer satellite TV, a minibar, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Some also have a balcony with sea views.

Review 1：This an excellent hotel with a wonderful location to enjoy the very special island of Panarea. Accommodating staff and a great pool. Seaview rooms and balconies add to the pleasure.

Review 2：Excellent location, views from our balcony of the sea were fantastic. All of the staff are friendly, cheerful and nothing is to much trouble, they appear to go out of their way to ensure their guests are comfortable and relaxed.

We had dinner at the restaurant one night and were rather disappointed, we only had one dish each so maybe it's harsh to judge based on this but the fish was not as fresh as other places we ate. This would not stop me staying at the hotel again.

Review 20：The hotel provided free pick up and off to the port although it is about 5 minutes walk away. The hotel had a lovely pool and free Wifi in the public areas. The room was very nice, as it was low season, I was upgraded to a seaview room with a lovely balcony with a fantastic view. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 30：A stay to remember! This was our first trip to Panarea and we could not have been happier with Cincotta and their exceptional staff! We were having problems getting from Taormina to the island (unprepared) I phoned Cincotta to be greeted by Simone on reception who acted above and beyond the call of duty. Within a few minutes I had a taxi (for the right price) a ferry and a porter which made our journey execute with absolute ease and loveliness. Pietro (reception) was also excellent throughout our stay, never was something too much, or too little for his time and care. Simone, knowing full well we were a little frazzled after our journey upgraded our garden view room to a sea view which was the absolute and ultimate testament to this team of delightful people. Consistent customer care is so important to us and these guys performed perfectly. The head waiter (Nemo) at their restaurant made an already sublime dinner truly sensational. His recommendations and attention to detail when it came to the food and drink were spot on and made it one of the best meals and experiences we’ve ever had. The room was lovely with mind-blowing views and perfectly cleaned everyday by a very sweet lady who greeted us always with huge smiles and song. What more can I say… We had an absolute blast and cannot recommend this hotel and the people who make it so very special highly enough. The perfect place to create long-lasting wonderful and life changing memories. Well done Cincotta! See you again soon!!!

Review 31：This wasn't a problem for us but it was very close to Club Raya so you can hear the music at night. If you're a light sleeper this might be a problem for you.

Review 32：Stayed with a girlfriend on holidays, room was basic but great and very clean. Nice Pool overlooking the cliff and small beach at bottom. Staff were very helpful and friendly, were able to book tours and massages etc for us. Also great breakfast! Love love love this place!

Review 67：The childlike giggeling of the staff at the bar; I don't mind people having fun while work (good for them) but keep it professional. Especially considering the pricetag. The room was not very 'chique' (old furniture), but that is only a problem if you decide to stay in for your entire holiday. A last remark concerns NOT the hotel, but the other establishment of the island: be prepared for a Sometimes obnoxious service, waiters making you wait for 30min to order (if I pay 15 euro's for one cocktail, I expect some service) or just plain rudeness.

Review 68：Stunning view on the balcony (room at the seaside), the restaurant of the hotel is good (though expensive). Location is excellent: close to the port but far enough to be away from the noise. Staff at the reception is very kind and helpful. Nice swimmingpool with seawater, clean. Breakfast is good, if it is served outside; due to the rain They moved the buffet inside for 2 days and the range of possibilities was reduced.

Review 71：Fantastically accomodating staff, exceptionally beautiful scenery and perfectly finished hotel. The photos didn't do the place justice at all. On entering our room, the view of the sea, greenery, sunshine and the sound of crashing waves was breathtaking! Our room was not typical of 5* luxuary but had been thoughtfully furnished with a nice firm mattress superking unlike a lot of other hotels. The outdoor breakfast was fantastcally accommodating with a very relaxed attitude towards time. The best was the salt water pool with water freshly pumped from the sea which was only a minute's scramble down the volcanic rocks away. The service was exceptional, they allowed us to check out much after the original time so we are not at a loose end before catching a boat back to Lipari. Magical overall!

Review 75：Staying at Hotel Cincotta was the highlight of our 7 days Sicily trip. Everything was perfect: from the staff who were very helpfull, the room with seaview, the food at their restaurant (fantastic!) and the whole island of Panarea is heaven on earth. You simply escape from the usual rumble to a place with no city noise (no cars, only walking) and every house/property is beautifully looking and maintained. There are only a few small electric vehicles used as taxis or to carry luggage. One of these waited for us when we arrived and took us to the hotel at no extra charge and the same when we left. All in all, one of the most beautiful experiences I ever had. This is why I used this opportunity to propose to my girlfriend and was the best place to do that.

Review 80：I loved the location of the hotel and the views from the breakfast terraces facing the islands of Baziluzzo and Stromboli. I loved the decoration, so charming and elegant and tasteful. I liked how everything was taken care of, the trees and plants, the public toilet. I loved the fact that the owner was always there checking that everything was perfect for the guests. I liked the art in the dining area, the Sicilian ceramics in the living area, the director's chairs on the terraces with spotless white cushions, the service from the waiters, the cleanliness, the fresh abundant continental breakfast, the clean pool which was salt water but not too salty because the water is always changing. I loved the spacious balcony with the room and the whitewashed walls. I loved their playlist for breakfast and dinner. Everything was done so meticulously. I will go to Panarea again and again for sure and I will definitely not look anywhere else but book straight at Hotel Cincotta.when there is availability. This should really be rated as 4 star not 3 star.

Review 82：Absolutely stunning location. Perfect for our honeymoon. Premium spot for relaxation whether from your room's personal terrace or beside the swimming pool. Room/bathroom a decent size and attached terrace large. Wonderful areas to eat breakfast/dinner or to have a drink and watch the ocean or Stromboli's regular eruptions. Staff excellent and attentive - they organised accomodation and a guide for a day/night trip to go up Stromboli at short notice. Overall a top quality hotel at an amazing location.
