Review 1：No desk in the room. One small issue was the effort to carry luggage down the stairs to room.
Review 2：Good location for walking to university or walking to town (10 min). The air conditioning was excellent. Room is very quite at night. Complimentary water and coffee is excellent.
Review 3：Spacious bathroom, clean attractive room, conveniently located on first floor. Breakfast room in basement with coffee-making supplies so we could make our morning coffee. Refrigerator in basement to store any food, if needed plus complimentary bottles of water. Pleasant, friendly staff.
Review 4：There was a miscommunication that no one was at this property when we arrived however property manager came within 5 minutes after we called so we were happy. Just want to mention that you need to inform your arrival time.

Review 6：I think the price is a little to high for a city like Pavia, and I am sorry to see that accomodations in Pavia are so expensive, probably because of the hospital-driven market. I would have also liked to have some soap or shower gel. There was absolutely nothing and had to go in a pharmacy late at night to buy some soap. I understand it's not compulsory to have it for an affittacamere, but it would be very welcomed by custumers.

Review 22：There was a terrible noise every time we used the toilet, probably the motor for the water deposit... And no internet sign in the iphone (apple) but in the pc computer there was, but very slow, really very slow. A little bit out of the center... the place is not the best, but is easy to park and you are a 20 minutes walk from the center.
Review 23：Really nice eating area, where you can have free coffee or tea, and where you have a shared fridge with free water and where you can put your things for breakfast. Very cute room, big enough (we were 3 in a triple room). It was in the basement, but with a window and we didn't feel oppressed at all!
Review 24：Excellent value for money. Only a 5 minute walk from the train station and 15 minute walk to the main piazza. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cafe was fantastic and the fridge in the room was very useful. There is also a lovely market on the doorstep on Sundays. I will be booking this hotel for my next stay in Pavia. Very very happy with our stay. No negative comments at all. Highly recommended!
Review 25：Friendly staf in nice small and quiet hostel. It looking quite new and everything was clean and tidy. We got to loan bikes, which was an excelent way to explore Pavia and surroundings (many bike paths). It was a pleasure to stay here.

Review 28：A very good contact with the owner and the personel (very nice people). I could use the kitchen for tea or coffee and the dining area. The bathroom is very big. They were so kind to let me use my room a bit longer up to 13.00 and later leave my laguage for another couple of hours as I had a late afternoon train to Milan. It was a pleasure to stay there. I recommend this place. It is not far from the train station and there is not far from the bus stop (line 6) to the the city center.
