Review 1：Very convenient to the railway station, shops and cafés. Close to the main part of the city. Although the room was quite small, it was very good value, and included breakfast.
Review 2：We were so angry when we put the address given by the hotel and on the booking.com website into our gps and found that we drove 25min North of the hotel location! SO MAD! We drove around and could not find it! So they need to change the directions and update information. We live in Japan and drive a lot, so this was not good.

Review 16：The toilet is extremely small. The height of the bathtub is too high. A small stool would be helpful for short people to get in and out of the tub. The airconditioning was switched off from 1 november onwards. Leaving the window open only resulted in hearing noises from the streets.
Review 17：The location of the hotel, which is one minute from oita station and the many bus stops nearby, makes it very convenient to move about. There are also many eating places nearby.
