Review 1：Kitchen equipment was a bit limited. The site is a bit isolated so a car is really essential
Review 2：We loved the local beaches - clean, sandy and gently shelving providing safe bathing. There is also a very good (unheated) pool with a lifeguard. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
Review 3：A bit hard to find - advertised as Porto Cervo, in reality 6km from there. Turned out to be better than expected in the end. Rooms could be a bit bigger

Review 5：The nice kitchen had no provisions of any sort so coming from the UK we had to go to a supermarket to buy salt, sugar, butter milk,coffee, tea. The lovely view was over cars and solar panels.

Review 9：Huge pool, staff were lovely and gave us great recommendations on restaurants and made bookings for us. Room was simple but comfortable with mini fridge and air con. balcony with two chairs and lovely outdoor showers for communal use outside rooms. Free parking and loads of it! Very nice
Review 10：The main downside is the comfort of the rooms: I think it is the same furniture and accessories from the 1970's. I wasn't expecting any luxury accommodation but this was below any of our expectations: old furniture, the doors wouldn't close properly, bathroom (while clean) had poor ventilation, instead of lights we got some broken lamps. It has good potential but it urgently needs an update.
Review 11：The location is good for visiting Porto Cervo and very nice beaches in just a few minutes drive. The staff is helpful and they provide you a very useful guide of the region. The pool outside is probably the best thing about this residence.
Review 12：The shower area is very small and therefore the bath curtain either sticks on you during shower or because of splashing water, the bathroom turns into a lake. I tried to move very slowly in the shower to avoid both results so showers were not enjoyable...
Review 13：I liked the most quiet location and the beautiful garden of the hotel. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful to suggest which beaches to go and the directions. For the price and location, this hotel is a very good choice.

Review 20：We were lucky to be given an apartment instead of a studio(probably it wouldn't be possible during the high season), which also had a view on the sea. It was clean, stylish, very cosy, close to a small but super pretty beach. In fact during our trip on the Costa Smeralda this was the beach we liked the most. I suppose it could be a bit crowded during july/august, but we simply loved it. Many nice places to visit around. You'll need a car though.

Review 22：We were upgraded to a large apartment that was ideal for keeping us together rather than splitting us into separate rooms. The pool is very large and excellent location as within easy walking distance to 3 beaches. Enjoyed our stay.

Review 35：The accomodation is situated beautifully so that you feel nestled within the landscape. The large pool was amazing and the little walk down to the beach is stunning and filled with wild flowers and butterflies. The staff had really good dinner suggestions & the beaches were crystal clear. Super relaxing for those who would like to escape the city! We researched alot in advance so we hired a car which i would say was essential for the North of Sardinia in general as everything is spaced out. Residenza Capriccioli was really well maintained and also felt quite personal, so it felt homely and relaxed- great value for money, and more beautiful than in the pictures!
Review 36：Cleaners taking a long time to clean next door apartment on our birthday whilst we were trying to have breakfast...1 hour 30 mins of talking loudly! Blankets instead of a duvet...difficult to get comfy in bed.

Review 44：The kitchen is small and lacks basic equipment such as scissors and cooking utensils. Towels, sheets didn't get cleaned at all. In fact, no intermediate cleaning happened. The mattresses and pillows were very hard. The noise isolation to other apartments is bad, only one connecting door seperates two apartments: even though Residenza Capriccioli was relatively empty, they managed to put us next to a loud family.

Review 46：The distance from restaurants and town. Apart from one hotel across the road there is nothing too close to have a nice walk. I would go there again but not without a car!
Review 47：The environment and the villetas themselves were very nice and cosy. The staff very friendly and spoke good English. The facilities are very clean and in very good shape. The area around pool is very nice and relaxing. After 9 am they open the side gate which makes it very easy to walk dow to the closest beach (one of 5) - its approximately 200m to this one and all the other beaches are in similar distance. The beaches are very beautiful and clean, but small and we only used them in the morning before the locals and other rezidenza's guests came to have a swim. Its best to have a car in this area so that you can go to town (3km) and make trips to gorgeous sorroundings with many great and empty (or at least emptier) beaches where you can swim and sunbathe all day long without crowds squeezed on one beach.
Review 48：We spent a couple of days there. 5 beautiful beaches in walking distance plus the pool, we loved the country-style enterieur. Really friendly staff, we got a bigger apartment than booked as there were available and they wanted us to feel even better! Pets are allowed, which meant an extra+.
