Review 1：The furniture is worn. There was much dust everywhere.

Review 16：We arrived with trepidation after reading the one very negative review of this hotel. After a three nights' stay we must conclude that the review is about a different hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Not sumptuous but top quality. Wonderful fresh bread and good coffee. Excellent bathroom. Looking forward to the day when we will find anything like that in the UK. One hand control of the shower. Clean and well lit. Great for make-up and shaving.

Review 48：The shower and toilet are in a space that is too small and are too dense and compact. This contrasts with the relatively spacious room. Breakfast was essentially continental. No vegetables. Almost no fruits. No English speaking TV channels.

Review 49：The hotel is right near the central station of Pavia. It is also near the old town and old university. The main busses all stop there on their way to the newer parts of town and new colleges and clinics. The room was spacious. WiFi is free. The breakfast was reasonable.

Review 50：I don't have the impression that the floors were cleaned every day - we found hair the in bathroom and dust bunnies by the bed. No soundproofing; luckilh our neighbors went yo bed early and it was too cold outside to have a lot of people out. One half of each floor is the hotel, the other is an apartment complex. Rooms were minuscule if staying for more than one night. Breakfast was the bare minimum.
