Review 1：Hotel was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Marinella from Restaurant Service for Attention and a warm smile every Morning. Reception very helpful. Restaurant pricey , however 15 EUR for the Panna Cotta was worth it!

Review 4：The beach wich is horrible and dangerous. What they don't say is that their beach is full of rocks and it is steep and narrow. The food could improve as quality and quantity. The location is exposed to the wind

Review 6：I was very disappointed there were no fresh fruits at breakfast. Coffee at breakfast was impossible to drink, didn't taste good. Wireless internet was the worst I've experienced, but as we were there to relax it was at the bottom of our priorities.

Review 16：The hotel pools, exclusive beach and deck on sea are the highlights... Good breakfast and fiendly staff! Liked to be a little bit away from the next city (a rental car helped to quick dinner in different places and to see some other nice beaches at costa smeralda)

Review 17：Staff of the hotel swipe their key card and barge into your room without a single knock or bell to announce their arrival or check if you are there. Happened once in the morning with the cleaning service and once with the bell boy collecting our luggage- we were only there one night! Barge in, no knock! 5 stars provide you with at least 1 complimentary bottle of water- here you pay. Room cleanliness is questionable. Pool bar/rest- most awful food and menu variety at expensive prices, airport food kiosks have better food! Private beach-difficult to get service, no staff is present at all. Wifi connection throughout hotel is awful and annoying.

La colazione viene servita in una splendida terrazza dalla quale si ha una vista mare mozzafiato. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, staff disponibile e gentile. Review 22：Honestly go spend your money elsewhere you get nothing for your money at this place, this is not even close to 5 star property, this was the end of my 2 month trip trough Europe and was the worse hotel i stayed at, internet almost non existent, uncomfortable beds, non working air conditioning, untrained staff, bad management, miserable breakfast that is over by 10:00 am, overall i would give this place maybe 3 stars (but then again very expensive 3 star hotel... 1000 euros for additional bed for a 12 year old common people) I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Review 26：We hired a car if you want to get around as it is a good 15/20 mins walk to the nearest restaurant but it didn't really make a difference to us as we enjoyed exploring. Soft drinks and water are expensive (bottle of water which cost €1.20 in the shops, cost €6 in the hotel).

Review 27：We loved every minute of our stay at the hotel. When we made the reservation, we had booked a garden view room, but on arrival were given a sea view which was breathtaking to wake up to each morning. I am not sure what the hotel is like in season, we arrived on the 1st of September, but the pool and private beach area means that everyone really spreads out so you feel like you have a lot of space (and sometimes get a whole pool to yourself for the day!). The staff are friendly and helpful but discreet at the same time. All in all, we had the most terrific stay and would happily stay there again. I wish I was back there now!

Review 35：Where to begin, rooms are very basic and very noisy! Very over priced, kids however younge are charged the same as adults in the resturants set meals, mini club is terrible! The few games that they do have are all old dirty and broken. The beach is very small and sand is ruff. Kids can't swim in the pools as they are freezing (lower that sea temperature) and salty water so lots of tears. Very very overpriced! It's far from the center and the small bus is full most of the time so you may end up in a taxi that you will pay for. Nothing close by and no shop for basics on site. Service charge is mad! Whatever they bring to the room you pay €8 per time on top of the already overpriced menu, oh and don't forget anything as you will pay service again. Spa is rubbish, only one person working there so never any appointments. Check your bills as they do make lots of mistakes. The decor is so rubbish and 70's, by no means charming! Only one person waits on the beach and pool as you will have to wait forever to get a drink. If your kids are hungry anytime between 10am-1pm they will starve as the only thing on offer is a very ridged room service, they would not even make plain pasta!!! On top of that the food is really horrid unless you eat the buffet which after you pay extras like water and your kids is really not worth it at all. We had an any infestation, it took two days to deal with and several calls. The cleaners do a horrid job! I even have them money and asked they do it better and spend more time but still same result. I would not go back here again not would I send anyone there. We paid a fortune and were expecting something better. Very disappointing and not at all a place for families. Don't waste your money, book a starward hotel instead. This is an Italian 5 star which is equal to a British 2 star! Rubbish rubbish rubbish. We spoke to other people there who all had very negative things to say.

Review 48：In the beginning I didn't like service during breakfast and dinner as it was too slow and stuff looked somehow not interested to make us feel fully satisfied. The room was not deluxe double room as I reserved on line but standard twin room, so it was too small and poor decorated as well as bathroom with curtain, something I simply can't tolerate in a 5 star hotel, the water was leaking somewhere from the corner of the bath tube and it was something wrong with the fridge and drinks were not cold enough, and TV was too small. I also didn't like congress that took place in the hotel, spreading all over it, making me feel less important as the guest what is totaly unacceptable for me spending significant amount of money in the facility

Review 50：Very expensive compared to another 5 * hotels. Sardaigna is surprisingly expensive anyway. Poor gym facility, additional fee to access the spa. Lack of fairplay policy at the private beach when booking the chaise longues with a towel for the full day!!! No activity for kids. Lack of nice music at the pool side.

Make sure you rent a car while you are staying there,so that you can visit other beaches and places. This doesn't have anything to do with the location of the hotel, where ever you go in Sardinia you need to rent a car.

Review 121：Staff especially the reception were poor, thinking that they were right always, attitude left much to be desired. Food was far below average, a resort of this alleged standing and location, you would expect a high standard of food and it was like up market canteen food. There is a real need to bring in a quality chef. Orange juice in the morning had fermented. The word luxury relates to the uniforms of the staff and not to the resort. This is a very over priced hotel for the quality and standard you receive. It has been my first real disappointment in Italy after holidaying there every year for the last ten.
