Located on a hillside in the Stubai Valley, Leitgeb Josef is a 5-minute walk from Telfes town centre. The Schlick 2000 Ski Area is a 5-minute drive away, while the Stubai Glacier can be reached within 20 minutes by car.
The Leitgeb studio has a terrace with views of the surrounding mountains, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. A bread delivery service is available upon request every day apart from Sunday.
Private parking is available on site free of charge, and skis can be stored in the garage.
The Stubay Leisure Centre, including an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and a spa area, is located 2,800 feet away. The Rope Garden in Fulpmes is a 10-minute drive from the apartment.
From 22 May 2015 to 11 October 2015, the Stubai Super Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and public transport in the valley and to Innsbruck.

Review 1：Located in a small sleepy town. Couldn't find a place to eat at 3pm.
Review 2：Just perfect. It was THE best place we stayed during our trip to Austria. Very comfortable and spacy. Great view. Josef was very kind and welcomming. Kids were impressed by the dogs (Yana an Peno). Stubai summer ticket is a great additional value. Plenty of attractions are close - less than 10 min by car.

Review 4：Excellent accommodation extremely clean and superb quality. The hosts are very very hospitable. Only 20 mins from Innsbruck by road or 50 mins by tram to the village. The Stubai valley is extremely pretty.

Review 15：Very friendly owner. Large clean room with open kitchen.Looks brand new. Located on the ground floor without a balcony. It has excellent heating system. Parking is safe and only few steps away from the apartment entrance. Highly recommendable. Keramettin
Review 16：City life (restaurants, pubs) is some kilometres away so if you plan apres ski party you need consider this. You can walk there or use a tram. Ski bus is not far but the road is very steep so walking in ski boots is not nice, we were using our car instead of the bus.
