Review 1：No WIFI in the rooms. The common room with WIFI was locked when the person in charge was out. No hot water in the evening. Dirty toaster at breakfast. Not much is done as regards landscaping: not pots with plants and flowers on the terasses, the place is rather bare.

Review 6：Well.... friendly greeting on arrival As kind as possible given the fact we thought we could have a meal there (being 5 kms away from Pavia )and their whole office and inside area etc set up closed at 8pm.. They said eating outside was not an option because of Mosquitos but kindly provided us with airisol protection and a table... Not recommended unless hardy.

Review 7：Weak Wifi. I would like phone in room as I do not use smart phone but I understand that most younger people would not care about phone. Breakfast could be better--need a good coffee and fresh coronetti at least.

Review 11：The WiFi was not strong, there are not much facility, you need to have a car to get some thing from the town near you.

Review 12：This place is very good for people who don't like city and noise, you hear only good sounds of trees and birds, there is a small town next to the hotel and you can get all you need form there.

Review 13：We loved the serenity of this beautiful place, still close enough to Pavia if you arrive by car. My husband and I prefer to stay in these out of town type of accomodations. The staff were lovely and helpful

Review 14：I don't recall from the description whether there is supposed to be WiFi access in the rooms. I did not find any, but since I didn't need it I did not investigate further. The access road to the property is rural indeed. Still easily accessible by most cars if you maintain the speed under 30 kph or so, but watch out for potholes--if you peer into one you may be able to see China on the other side.

Review 15：Great place if you have to be around Pavia and have a car. This has got to be the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. Truly impressive.

Review 16：No information in the room. No WIFI, which is useful to find information at the internet. We got lost in the field around the farm, due to a GPS error. A bit more help and a coffee afterwards would have been great. The bed was terrible, mattress thin and hard. Useful for students but not for people at our age.

Review 19：The owners couldn't have done more; even leaving a bottle of sparkling wine and two glasses in the room as they knew it was my daughter's birthday. Spotlessly clean, good breakfast and so peaceful. Definitely a place to go back to!

Review 22：Agriturismo Cascina Mora is located within 5 minutes from the center of Pavia, but it is light years away from the urban world. A charming family owns and runs this traditional Lombard rice farm and offers rooms for the night. Rooms are simply but perfectly well decorated, breakfast was super, and the family was totally charming and helpful.

Review 23：We could not connect to any Wifi from our room which was not a problem for an overnight stay but would have been an issue for us for a longer stay. Perhaps there is wifi in the common parts but it would be good to have a connection in the bedrooms too.

Review 24：A very quiet rural location, close to the city by car and very convenient for visiting the University medical school and hospital. The farm is being restored very beautifully and the bedroom was well appointed, simple but clean. The farm is surrounded by rice fields and the owners also sell their wonderful Risotto rices. Breakfast was correct and good value. We will certainly stay here in the future.

Review 41：Indeed the location is spectacular, easy to reach with the car buttotally isolated from the rest of the world surrounded by fields ofgold. The cascinale has been recently renovated and is in stellarcondition, rooms are simple but large and nice, clean and the windows atthe first floor open up to the fields. The location is perfect both ifyou are going to Pavia (only 5 min) or if you are going to Milan (30 minto famagosta park and go metro). If you are looking for the Italianexperience in the countryside you are not gonna be better off than inthis very nice place

I was told they are working with the site to have thisremoved but I don't understand why it was added in the first place.For being a B&B I was surprised that they did not offer a better breakfast. A very basic offering of bread and beverages. When given the option at check in to have breakfast I felt that they really only offer it to call themselves a bed and "breakfast".

Review 47：The “agriturismo” is a typical farm, partially very well renovated to receive guests. Location is great, very near the nice city of Pavia. The owners are very welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay there and if you fancy these kind of places, I highly recommend.
