Review 1：The hotel lobby is situated on the 3rd floor of the building. Not sure what is on the first and second floor. Looks like everybody can take the lift and go up to the guest rooms.

Review 2：The location is good. Just 5 mins walk from Oita Train Station.

Review 3：The outside is shabby looking. Beds were a bit hard. Not the most comfortable. We had to park our car at a garage a few blocks away. We decided to drive around but had to pay for parking if we left. The hotel only validates when you check out. You absolutely get what you pay for. Not bad for one or two nights but would not stay more than that. Rooms were tiny also.

Review 4：The location was excellent! You walk out of the hotel and the stairs to the train is right in front! Cross the street and you're in a large mall.

Review 5：The building is a refurbished office building quickly turned to make money. The walls are paper thin for not only the karaoke but other "noises". The decor is black and while with red or orange accents. The wallpaper cracked, torn, dirty. The water pressure changes depending on who is taking a shower, which you can hear as well.

Review 6：Location was near the station BUT in the same building as an all night karaoke. There is Limited soundproofing, so expect music all night long.

Review 12：There is no carpark but the hotel published in the website that ithas. They lie.The room was very bad, very small, strong smell from smoking, bed was very small, remote of TV did not work, breakfast was very bad, we booked for a double but there was only one mug and one small cup for tooth brushin, we had to go down to reception to get what we should get for a double room, recepetionist did not speak much English. Will never stay in the same group again.
