Review 1：-too smelly on smoking room -need some spare voltage transformer for whom forgot to bring it... or maybe it will be great if your room's sockets are available for all kinds of voltage

Review 3：The building could use an updating. I had to switch rooms 2 times due to different equipment failures. The last switch was to an upgraded room so it turned out OK.

Review 20：The location of Oita Regal Hotel was luxurious; right next to Oita Station, in the middle of the shopping district, making it very convenient. The staff at the hotel were professional and very, very nice, far exceeding what is in their job-description as managers and cleaning-staff. A small-double room, light and plenty of space, very clean and the room utilities made it feel like a second home. At first, doubtful about the "soundproof room", but it lived up to the expectations. No outside disturbances reached our ears, nor did we feel suppressed (you can shout and watch movies as you please). For a 2 star hotel, it certainly felt like a 5 star hotel.
