Review 1：No air con or fly screens

Review 2：Apartment at the top which meant lots of steps but worth it for the 180degree balcony views, with a sunset and a bottle wine couldn't be beaten. The beach and sea was clean and safe, and we got free sunbeds and umbrella perfect.

Review 5：Beautiful views and apartment was big and gorgeous. The front desk staff (Egnazio) was one of the best we had in Italy, polite, resourceful, made our stay that much better and local beach was very good. Location close to good restaraunts and beautiful beaches.

Review 6：No wifi in rooms, only at lobby which can be several blocks from your room. Beach lottery system is ridiculous and tacky. No pool. No air conditioning in rooms and it gets hot. Staff was mediocre. Rooms were incredibly expensive during my stay - 400 EUR per night. The staff passed out a flyer during my stay alerting guests to thefts that had been happening as thieves broke into safes - the hotel disclaimed all responsibility.

Review 10：The assigned room was directly above a common area which was extremely noisy until nearly 0330. When management was made aware of the disturbance, they were unwilling/unable to intervene, or change my room. The place is falling apart. Despite my active and frequent attempts - until 1:30 am - management could not shut down offensively loud music in the very building my room was in, nor quiet the loud, drunk patrons who smoked until after 3 am. I have spent perhaps 2000 nights in hotel rooms - more than five years' worth of nights - and this room was without question the worst hotel experience of my life.

Review 12：This is a backpackers hotel, with no pool, no breakfast or food included and the beach is not sand but dirt and small rocks. Not suitable for a mature couple as there are families with loud children

Review 14：It is way more expensive that it is worth it... The room smelled funny, the breakfast was poor, the bed was very uncomfortable (the second bed of the apt cannot even be called a bed).

Review 16：It was 36 degrees and we were given one fan for a two bedroom apartment. This resulted in our family of four all sleeping in the same room. The loungers on the beach are allotted by a strange lottery system that takes place at the end of each day. If you're not there, no lounger! There is no pool.

We were a party if 4 and were advised we will have access to the facilities in the beach yet when asking for 2 umbrellas to cover us from 35c we were told the policy was 1 per room no matter how many people were occuping the room! When asking for the manager response was he would come when he was free?!

Review 20：The booking we made on Booking.com did not correspond to the actual apartment on site (much smaller), and we had an unpleasant argument with the young lady at the reception. In the end though, the hotel manager has solved the problem by providing an extra apartment to accommodate all of us.

Review 25：Spacious and comfortable flat with a lovely terrace (amazing sea view). Staff were very helpful at all times. Facilities were great, with football and volleyball pitches as well as a private beach (not the best beach around though). Location was great, 10 minutes (by car) from both Porto Cervo and Baja Sardinia.

Review 26：Wasn't keen on the really loud music the very young in house entertainers played on the beach at times. Evening entertainment was focussed around very young children unless you stayed up after midnight. You need a car to get to the very nearby resiort of Baja Sardegna which had great restaurants bars and views! Porto Cervo is great for a visit but really for the super rich but worth the 50 Euro for 3 drinks in the main square!

Although the staff try their best, there is not much they can do. the rooms are NOT air conditioned, but for a fee, they supply you a portable contraption that besides keeping you awake, it does not do much. As to fees, the place is most definitely way over priced...

Review 32：The rooms are very rundown. There were holes in the curtains, mold on the lamp shades and walls, old facilities and very dated interior. It's not a cheap hotel although the whole area is quite pricey in terms of accommodation- however I would expect much more out of a so called 4 star hotel. In the pictures it shows restaurants and night life, however the entertainment area looked deserted- most of the shops and restaurants were shut down and the place looked abandoned. It was disappointing because it really does have a lot of potential and it would have been nice to walk down to some shops or bars after dinner. I would definitely look around before staying here.

It has a private beach with activities for kids and the staff are friendly an accommodating. Out room had a nice little outdoor area with a table and sea view. Unfortunately the rooms are very run down. There was mold on the walls and lamp shades, dated furniture and old uncomfortable beds.

Review 69：The staff wasn't particularly helpful, they seemed shocked when we asked about getting a taxi to town and didn't help much except for googling a phone number. Also the reception is closed for at lunch so we had to wait for a few hours to check in. There was very little hot water. It's about a 10-min drive from town but it would be a difficult walk - no sidewalks and very hilly. And taxis cost 20 euros one-way.

Each villa accommodates 4 apartments - 2 on the ground floor and two on the 1st floor. We had an apartment on the first floor which was nice and cosy, spacious, spotlessly cleaned every day. Review 75：The only note is that it is not in Porto cervo itself but in an area directly beside it - that is really just to note for those who are really expecting to be in port cervo...Also, you definitely need a car to get around. For those staying in self catering apartments there is no access to a pool.

The private beach is lovely and very close to the complex. The apartment was spacious and authentically Sardinian. You can visit the many local beaches around the area (by car) in baia de sardinia etc and would definitely recommend it.
