Review 1：Staff is unexperienced and not performing well. Some rooms are smelling. Hotel (it's policies) is not friendly for travelers with small children.

Review 3：After requesting twin beds via booking.com for a mother and a 30 year old son, i was told quiet rudely by receptionist 'reda'? that i should have asked for it when making the booking. She was shown the confirmation and abruptly said that she will send the housekeeping. Two more attempts later, my brother ended up having to make his own bed at 11pm (arrived after 2pm) as he was told that the housekeeping has left for the day. I have never experienced such an appaling service. The attitude of that one receptionist, has ruined the whole weekend. That's a short story of the experience.

Review 4：Food in the spa bar was very nice and, for a change, the waitress was very pleasant and professional.

Review 5：When you arrive, staff is parking your car, and when you want to leave, you have to find the car yourself.

Review 7：I stayed almost 3 weeks during the off season and by the time I completed my treatment I felt like a new person. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean; the staff was excellent, very polite and always available to assist; the food buffet offered tremendous variety and everything was delicious; all treatment personnel nice and helpful. The price was exceptional for the quality of services that I received. I truly enjoyed my time here.

Review 9：The walls are quite thin and if you have loud neighbours, forget about sleeping. Too many children in the spa zone.

Review 12：The best thing in this hotel was gym and spa centre. The gym was incredible- spacious and well equiped. It's good (especially in cold part of the year), that all facilities are inside and you don't need to go outside for a spa or etc.

Review 13：few fruit, the food could be more varied. SPA being too small has two saunas ONLY, there are a few common showers. The restaurant Cibus is unlikely to be able going towards Mediterranean. You should focus on the local kitchen dishes.

Review 21：Cant wait to see this property "enjoy" the consequences of itsstubborness. 4-Star, ha ha ha. No fridge in the room, no kettle, oldwallpaper in Soviet style peeling out from the walls. No wifi signal inthe lobby - reception says, it is for the benefit of the guests! Alsonote that you will be treated dependent on your nationality: lowerfloors with no view and renovation will be permanently offered to Slaviccustomers, no matter how well in advance you book (2 months in case ofmy wife). This hotel is a shocking exception from very kind Lithuanianhospitality and service level. Brrrr

Review 24：Everything. The service was spectacular and everyone from the head person at the desk to the cleaning personnel to the spa people were friendly helpful and eager to please.

Review 27：Hotel is rather tired. Air in the room and corridor was not fresh and felt like dust. In the morning loud renovation works started. Keeping in mind that we wrote in the boooking.com comments that we want a very silent room, this made us more than unhappy. We decided to cancel the rest of our stay cause it was not possible to live in this noice. The hotel has cancelled the room still no discount was offered even though we have expected- we would not come to the hotel if warned about renovation works. Breakfast has a variety: pancakes, salads, but after the breakfast we had for some time the taste of cheap oil in the mouth after eating pancakes.

Review 28：Spa is high level- highly recommended! Service is ok- when I asked for an extra cushion it was delivered to the room afetr some time. Personnel is polite but be ready to deal yourself with the problems

Review 34：The brilliant SPA experience is degraded by tiny hotel rooms that need a makeover soon. Massages are made non-existent by awful pillows in the rooms. English skills of the staff are below average (all speak Russian though if it helps you). Food in the main restaurant would need to have more choice of 'healthy food' for this type (recreational) of establishment.

Review 35：SPA area of the hotel is very good. Price/Quality ratio and ambience is very positive. Water Park is 15 minutes walk and so is the town center with musical fountain and restaurants. Swimming pool of decent size and 2 saunas. Gym well equipped. Food and atmosphere in the cafe is nice.

Review 39：Seperate single beds, when asked for double one. Heating at night in September. That was impossible to breathe at night. Think it is possible to inform.

Review 40：- Cold at night and in the mornings, and the reason we found: not properly closing balcony doors;- rude gym trainer. I was not let into the gym because of lack of sport shoes (forgot them at home), I was wearing sport rubber slippers and fully ready for sport @ 8 in the morning. - housekeeper knocking the doors @ 9 o'clock was a siurprise.

Review 42：The standard room is lacking of air conditioner, and the bath. Standard rooms look poor, with old furniture and uncomfortable bed. This issue can be fixed by upgrading the room to luxury one...

Review 79：We didn't get double bed, as booked. Additional dinner was notincluded, though ordered. Our 2 years young kid was charged additionally(as a child), but once claimed the fee was removed. Lesson learned:always request a print-out before you pay the bill.

Review 83：The main facilities of this hotel needs urgent improvements. The spa is quite disappointing (from our perspective a really poor spa). The rooms are really small, and are not comfortable. The hotel is expensive and we saw other hotels in this zone (Druskininkai), that looks to offer better facilities with a most valuable prices. Don't select this hotel, you will not happy at the end of your stay, as happened to us.

Review 85：In general it's an old fashion hotel The rooms are extremely smalls, the hotel need important improvements in their facilities. The spa is absolutely disappointing. The trade-off between quality of the hotel and the cost of it, it is clearly disappointing. I suggest you to look to other hotels in the area (there is a huge number of hotels that I think will provide you better results).
