Review 1：Beautiful location. Immaculate apartment, unrequested free upgrade and bottle of wine given for our 35th wedding anniversary. Staff SO friendly and helpful!
Review 2：Hostess was not available most of the time. Made it difficult to have access to the washer. We felt normal house items, for example toilet paper and dish soap were not well stocked.

Review 7：Amazing views! Great staff with a friendly service. The hotel is located in the tiny village of Musso but by foot or car there are restaurants and places to see. The lake is in walking distance. I cant tell you enough how amazing the views were! Like a postcard.
Review 8：Fantastic views across Lake Como from the apartment and swimming pool. We had booked the Studio flat but because they had been double booked we were upgraded to an Apartment! Very friendly and informative staff, we hope to visit again. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking breakfast and dinner. The WIFI was super fast too. The position of the hotel is in the small village of Musso but it does have a restaurant and supermarket. Very peaceful location with safe car park to enjoy the area and you can catch the ferry to the other parts of the lake within a 10 minute walk.

Review 15：Beautiful location at the hills of Lake Como in Musso. Very very friendly personal, Ms. Tiziana was very very helpful with the babybed and showed us the whole appartment. Everything was very clean and also the pool was opened. The terrace was clean, everywhere wonderful green plants and the view above Lake Como was awesome! Also mid-of october nobody was there, we were the last guests before winter-closing! We will come here the next time for sure!!!

Review 18：We had booked for two nights and at arrival the counter (20:30) was not staffed (for 200 EUR a night?). Therefore two sets of sheets and blankets (booking was for four adults) was missing. The next morning La Pianca seriously call the police (while we sat together for breakfast), because we did not agree to pay before our departure. I am a regular business traveller and have not experienced this kind of treatment in 25 years. We paid for four adults but got only one sleeping room without windows (smelly and moist room) and one additional bed sofa in the living/dining room. Certainly not appropriate for double the price as for two persons. The rooms are furnished with older worn-off furniture - less pleasant. The pool looks as shown on the pictures, but in our case we found it covered with dirt and insects, quite unclean. Not recommendable. Usually I do not give negative ratings, but here it is well deserved.
Review 19：The view is nice, as on the pictures. The hotel is quite remote from other villages. You will need a car for shopping, etc.
Review 20：A gate at the entrance to the pool would ensure small children can't access the pool on their own. The kitchen could have been slightly better stocked - a potato peeler, chopping board and decent knife, for example. Facilities for recycling would be good.

Review 22：I liked the serenity offered by the place. We turned up as 2 groups, 9 people including 5 children. The pool was a welcomed relief, the local store and restaurant were fabulous. The locality requires a few winding roads but the views were spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our short break.

Review 59：It's the best place I've ever stayed! The owner was more than friendly and helpful. You can enjoy the perfect lake view in your bedroom, in the kitchen and on your private terrace. We even got a bottle of home-made wine as a gift.

Review 62：A very nice view from the terrace (lake and mountains). The apartment has a separate living room, bedroom and a kitchenette. We also liked the swimming pool. And the staff was always helpful and friendly.
Review 63：It's cruel but got to be said.. Lower apartments roof is a terrace which is great for relaxing for adults or play area for kids. Unfortunately it's not fun if the kids choose to play football while you're still in bed. I was disappointed that the staff didn't speak to family with kids despite our complaints. It was impossible to stay indoors with someone jumping on the roof, even in the afternoon.
Review 64：The lady who runs the place was very friendly and spoke excellent English. Even though we arrived late, she was there to check us in. The residence is located in quiet and peaceful village. Not very touristy which was great. We walked a lot but I guess most people would drive. Great location with a lake view and mountain walks in the area. Will go back again :-)
Review 65：The kitchen is fully equipped, yet it lacks things like a sponge,filters for the coffee machine and washing up liquid. I would understandbuying all that if I had stayed a week, but when you stay two nights,you prefer not to having to bring from home or buy a lot of items to beable to use the kitchen. Also, the studio is a one room apartment andthere is a water tank or heating system that is quite noisy. It switcheson every ten minutes or so and it is really not that far from the bed.Honestly, I really liked the view from the balcony, but I think it was abit too expensive for what you get.
