Review 1：Very old and not very comfortable. One of the lights in the room was not working and one bulb broke while we were there. Whole hotel smells like pool.

Review 2：Location: in the center of the city, walking distance to park, restaurants and shops.

Review 3：The room floor was dirty, under the bed was old cornflakes and many stains. The fridge door was broken. Bed was made from separate beds. Reception staff looked tired and not polite. Didn't even say goodbay when we were leaving the hotel. All hotel looked old.

Review 5：The price included hotel and breakfast. During my stay I've never had breakfast in this hotel, didn't have a chance to get the table. Even after an hour waiting for it. Ps. In Sicily ( the restaurant about 50 meter from hotel serves great breakfast in good price). The wi- fi- by reception was strong signal, for rooms ask for password is in reception( had weak signal)

Review 6：Hotel is located in short distance from aquapark and shops. Restaurant serves a very good, various meals. Rooms nice and tidy. The staff are very helpful.

Review 16：The best thing about this hotel is location. Also it was nice to enjoy 1 hour of free SPA. Staff was nice. Breakfast was with a wide variety of choice. Enough for one nights stay. However, there are better hotels in Druskininkai that cost the same.

Preasure of water is weak, so taking shower takes much time. Temperature of water is also not even: colder-warmer-colder-warmer-... Of course on hot days is wasn't a problem

Review 51：Although the room was basic and could have done with a lick of paint it would not put us off staying at this hotel again if we go back to Druskininkai due to the good points raised.

Review 52：The Spa facilities, I had a treatment whilst staying at the Pusynas as well as enjoying the 1 hour free as part of the Hotel deal. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of choice.

Review 53：the hotel isn't renovated at the 3rd and 4th floor (only the 1st floor business rooms) and the not renovated rooms are in a very bad condition, with walls full of scratches, carpet without colours because it is so old, old bad looking radiator, and very importantly there are no curtains only blinds, so it is impossible to sleep after sunrise! if you book a room you need to take the business rooms that are renovated!

Review 55：Very small bathroom. There was not even space for a holder for the toilet paper, so it was placed on the toilet chair behind you. Very low pressure on the water. If you turn the shower handle up side down, the water stops to pour. And the water temperature is changing all the time by itself. I don't expect that hotel staff always speaks english, but it is not forbidden to smile to the customer, instead of looking angry....
