Review 1：I don't want to say the sauna didn't function properly because I think we were just too stupid to make it work.

Review 2：We were treated well and the room and facilities were entirely adequate.

Review 3：Breakfast on January the 2nd was chaotic because no personnel to clean up the tables. Sauna was out of order.

Review 5：If you have a car, don't stay here - there is no car park and nowhere to park nearby, leaving the option of an expensive concierge service from another hotel or parking 15 minutes away. Our room was large but faced the front of the hotel so was very noisy and we struggled to sleep. The room was also very dark with small windows so we didn't want to spend any time there, despite having upgraded to a suite.

Review 13：This is a very impressive hotel in a great location in the middle of all the restaurants and bars. Our room was very large with great facilities and balcony. The reception staff spoke good English and were very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

Review 14：This was our second stay at this hotel, and compared to 3 years ago it has somewhat deteriorated. The building showed clear signs of wear and tear as did the hotel room. The quality of the breakfast has somewhat worsened (less choice), but that might have been due to the fact that the hotel was full while we were there.

Review 29：unfriendly and unhelpfull reception staff No place to park the car in front of the hotel, so you must walk miles with the bags or arrive by taxi and disrupt traffic? The parking they suggested without many explanations and after all the suffering is far and public....

Review 30：Very misleading information about parking. It was stated in description that there is "valet parking". But there was not any parking. There was only one person behind the reception desk, he did tell us that there is free public car park, which was not near to the hotel at all.

Review 32：air conditioning was broken. Room became impossibly hot to sleep in, hotel said engineer will come tomorrow and there isn't anything we can do. Room was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit at one point.

Review 34：Firstly the bed was extremely uncomfortable causing my partner aterrible Back pain. I complained and nothing was done. We thereforedecided to leave the hotel. As I has paid upfront I asked for my moneyback but the hotel won't refund me! They say I never reported mycomplaint, which I did. Thieves! I will take this further.

Review 35：The night club across the street was noisy most of the night. Watch out for the ATM outside the door. It takes an extra 10% on the currency exchange.

Poorly designed desk light - a huge immovable sphere that blocks access to electrical outlets making it impossible to recharge electronics (adapters don't fit in the available space). Only alternative is to unplug the bedside lamps.

Review 52：Unfortunately for me (others might want it), I had an almost "blind" room on the 4th floor overlooking nothing but a short light well. The hotel is newly converted out of several buildings and the designer clearly doesn't sleep in the hotels he designs. The staff throughout need better training in "front of house" behaviour. The sauna/steam room are only open three inconvenient hours in the day, so I was disappointed not to be able to use it.

Review 53：The location, location, location. The centro storico in Palermo is small and very walkable, but the location of Palazzo Sitano means that anywhere is accessible by foot in 20 minutes and you get a good sense of how different the parts of the storico centro are. Breakfast was adequate.

Review 54：We had a single traveller and the room she was given on the first night was clearly not often used and wasn't great. But they moved her to a better room the following night, including moving all her things for her. It's a lively area, so if you want a good sleep, get a room that isn't on the street front.

Review 55：The hotel was a typical modern chain hotel, with all the comfort that implies. The breakfast was good, rooms clean and comfy, staff helpful. Good location as a base for sightseeing in Palermo, in fact you could do two days easily without going more than half a mile from the hotel.

We slept well every night. Breakfast included is an extensive spread of freshly prepared food and it was delicious. The hotel has a great central location that lets you walk to the main sites in Palermo. There are several excellent restaurants a few minutes walk away, and a quality sandwich shop just a few doors down from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and if I'm every back in Palermo, wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Review 88：I know Palermo well as we live an hour away and this hotel is very well placed in the city. There is an park close by in PIAZZA MARINA where you can find exotic trees. On a Sunday a flee/ antique market takes place here. There are numerous trattorias in the vicinity. At night the place comes alive down the little alleys . Bars spill onto the pavements. With all this going on outside the bedrooms are sound proof, so you get an excellent nights sleep. Wonderful breakfast...itsva feast!

Review 89：Noisy room in spite of fact that we requested a quiet room. General Manager completely inattentive, in sited the room was a quiet room in spite of fact it faced main street. There was noise the entire night from street and bar downstairs with loud music.

Review 91：We liked the Sitano a lot. The bed, bath, breakfast, location and wifi were all excellent. We did not try the spa so we don't know about that. The staff were also quite helpful. We had read about the noise from across the street and so requested a room away from it, which was provided, so we had no trouble sleeping due to noise. And the area across the street is actually quite fun and we recommend it.

Review 114：There is no parking lot provided by the hotel. However, there are free parking spaces around the hotel. Also the staff easily manages to get someone to bring your car into watched parkhouse (about 20€ a day). Breakfast was good for two days but would get a little bit boring if you stay longer.
