Review 1：We booked a triple room with a crip in advance and were asked to upgrade it with extra payment to two connected rooms in order to add the crib and we aggreed but when we came there was no crib in the room and we were told that it was given to other guest and no other crib is available for us althought we booked it in advance and couldnt put a baby in a normal bed. After long talk and waiting 2 hours with 2 crying tired children they found a crib for us. There were no normal towel but a strange fabric like a blanket that didn't absorb water after shower.

Review 3：It was May in Italy and weather was temperate, but wanted my room cooler as there were 4 of us. Unfortunately main AC system is available during summers only.

Review 5：The staff, Rooms, and Location were very good as we arrived late from Pisa airport going further into Tuscany and we were looking for somewhere to stay the night. We were recommended to walk into town to eat and the recommendation was perfect. Woudl stay again.

Review 14：The shower was tiny. We could barely turn around. You have to sit sideways on the wc because there was no room between the wc and the shower. I could not get WiFi in my room. Only got WiFi when I stood in the lobby.

Review 16：good location, very close to Prada outlet.Room was not very big, but clean. 24hr front desk, staff was nice and friendly. We left around 6:30am, they prepared some breakfast for us (breakfast usually been ready from 7am)
