Review 1：Room was dark, and although clean and spacious and with safe, fridge and a/c, felt a little basic. Wi-fi only in public areas.

Review 2：Lovely swimming pool. Great facilities - table tennis and tennis. Easy walk to centre of Porto Cervo.

Review 6：There were insects who eat wood in our room. Every day we found some black wooden dust falling from the ceiling on the sofa and near the bed. The breakfast is extremely modest as for a 4 star hotel. The food looked like from a discount supermarket (1 kind of cheese, 2 kinds of ham, no vegetables for the breakfast).

Review 7：The location is good, but if you have a car. By feet it is rather far away from the promenade of Porto Cervo. The cleaning was great, the towels were changed every day.

Review 8：Got room 101 which is noisy (shares the wall with the kitchen and breakfast preparation starts early); Room 101 has no windows and the door is a sliding glass door; 134,10 EUR / night is a bad quality-price ratio for room 101;

Review 12：Lovely large room with large bed and lots of space. Pool and surrounding grounds were beautiful; the lifeguard kept the pool immaculate! Breakfast had a great deal of choice so you could have something different every day if you wished. The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach, marina and center of town. We took our own tennis rackets etc and played every day, courts were slightly worn but perfectly fine.

Review 13：Economy rooms are over the road from the main hotel , in a rather run-down area, with everything rather tatty. The rooms smelled damp - this we traced to a chest of drawers (in each room), which really stunk. TV did not work in either room - reported daily, but no response. Air conditioning unit in one room was over the bed and spat water every 10 minutes (whether on or not) reported daily but not fixed. Broken toilet seat (replaced). Very nice pool, but sun beds and umbrellas very tatty - some ripped and broken. This hotel needs an upgrade. The rooms were very cheap, so we had realistic expectations, but the smell and response to reported problems was not acceptable.

Review 21：The hotel should be renovated. There is only 1 AC plug in the whole room (deluxe room), breakfast is poor with very limited choices and most of them very basic / poor quality, the half board meal is also basic and of poor quality. We were expecting more from a 4 star in Porto Cervo.

Review 22：The hotel is in a very stretegic position and the complex is nice, with several attractions (tennis court, beatiful pool, etc). The staff is friendly and helpful in every situation.

Dinner was good but quite small portions. very good hotel- however, make sure you secure a room on the upper, hotel side of the site. The other side of the (quiet) road looks less charming and more cut off from the facilities of the hotel. near two good beaches; one in walking distance. excellent swimming pool.

Review 25：This place needs a lot of TLC. The fridge was broken and dirty, the phones didnt work (so you would have to walk to reception outside in the rain), there is absolutely NO WiFi in the apartments, you have to go into the lobby or pool areas.

Review 26：Pools are large with plenty of sun loungers. The resort is a 10 minute walk from the yacht club. The rooms are like an apartment with small kitchen and dining table and terrace with chairs. very peaceful

Review 27：The Management, from our personal experience were a complete disgrace. The Room, dark with an uncomfortable bed, no view and hopelessly small veranda. The Restaurant, breakfast was a disorganised shambles and the evening meals were nothing more than cafeteria food with fancy garnish. (Our main course, Sausage & Chips and Turkey and Chips was a poor example of so called 'Italian cuisine').

Review 66：Our room had been resold on arrival and we were bumped to a hotel with less facilities. It took considerable arguments to be moved to a subsequent hotel with the sports facilities on site. The hotel had clearly sold the rooms through your agent at reduced price and then managed to sell them again at full price, They tried to blame Booking.com but we had also received direct confirmation from the hotel direct of our booking through you. This hotel cannot be trusted.

Review 67：If I had to be critical, the rooms are a little tired. But you know what, you are not in this part of Sardinia to be in your room much of the day! The island is beautiful get out there by the pool or explore the island!

Lovely pool and surround forna. Concierge helpful with organising any hire vehicle. Easy distance to Porto Cervo, without being on top of it. Nice hotel would return for the food!

Review 69：Out-of-date Hotel. It was once a very nice hotel, which has never been renovated, but the price is the same... The images do not reflect the reality. It is a Sport Hotel, but only thing what we could do, is running :) The tenis court is closed, there are some old bicicle, are very bed condition. There is a dangeres gym, with old, cobwebby fitness machine. But is was fun, becouse we where the only guests at the pool.. :)

Review 73：The room was furnished with very cheap furniture that was falling apart.The shower randomly switched to boiling, scolding anyone stupid enoughto have a shower, there was no bath. I would recommend a refit, afterwhich I could easily recommend this hotel

The pools were very suitable for my 3year old as they had bigshallow areas. The hotel grounds, pools and staff were 4 star qualitybut the rooms were what you might expect in a cheap b&b in Blackpool.

Review 75：Extra towels are given for money, 5 euros each. Telephone in room notworking. Poor breakfast menu. Access to room is not easy. No lights atnight in hallways. Wifi only works in reception. Aircondition notworking in room. Vey old tiny tube tv in room. Old furniture. Double bedis twin but connected and mattress moving all the time.
