Review 1：Perhaps they should have served the free ramen in the dining room rather than the lobby. It made the lobby looked like a mayhem.

Review 2：Thoughtful touches like having a weighing scales on every floor to weigh your luggage, free tea and coffee throughout the day and a free bowl of ramen and free flow of soft drinks and beer after 10:30pm. Location was great and it took under 5 mins to get to the train and subway station.

Review 3：The staffs are very friendly and their service is the best. I feel thankful to Mr.Sakamoto and he is the best staff I have ever met. I really enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel for my next visit.

Review 4：We liked the cultral experience the hotel has planned and provided. Friendly staff willing to assist no matter what time of the day. The information booklet provided during check in which detailed a lot of the tourist location and with details of transport. This is a very nice gesture for the first timer to Osaka. Not to forget, the location of the hotel is excellent.

Review 13：Very small room, you could hear your neighbors through the walls, and there was a lot of noice from the street throughout the whole night (we stayed Sunday-Monday on 4th floor). Breakfast was Japanese style, which we pesonally do not like. But hey! we're in Japan...

The location is great too; very walkable to the happening spot of Dotonbouri. This was easily one of the best hotels for value I've ever stayed at. Thank you, Dotobouri! Was greeted with a woman's facial product pack as a gift and smiles. The facilities were great including a laptop to use for free if need, bag weighing machine (so helpful) laundry, book exchange and so much more. The hotel is on the quieter end of Dotonbori, which is really much better than the busy and rather rowdy main strip. Rooms are small as expected but perfectly clean and acceptable. Lots of great perks like the free ramen and beer (everyone hanging about the lobby waiting lol) and the staff is very tourist friendly. And the front facade is just too odd to miss.

Review 40：This place was great for us! Here's why: 1. GREAT LOCATION. Right in Dontonborri; you can walk to countless bars and restaurants. 2. GREAT STAFF. The staff is so friendly and willing to help you with anything. Most staff speak some English. They will help you plan your daily excursions, write out directions for cab drivers. They even serve food and beer in the lobby at certain times. For instance, they were serving FREE Asahi beer and fresh ramen when we came back to our hotel one night. Also, lady guests get a packet of Shisheido beauty products open check-in. Oh, and there are FREE bike rentals!!

Review 108：Great location and easy to find or get help finding from locals even if you don't speak the language because of the great giant statues that are so unique at the entrance. Hotel staff was very helpful with suggestions for directions to local restaurants and how to find specific places that a first time visitor might have trouble figuring out. I had wanted to visit a particular anago restaurant and knew it was only two blocks away, but hadn't realized that it was underground and would have been unable to find it without the hotel staff pointing this out to me in advance.

Great place to unwind and relax along with other travelers with coffee and wifi. Location is very central and as we were flying out we could walk to the bus station with our suitcases to catch the bus to the airport.
