Review 1：Breakfast room is too small for the size of the hotel, sometimes had to wait for the table and uncomfortably little space between tables

Review 4：The suite room was truly huge! Ceiling about 4 meters high and room size above 50 square meters... And despite fact the hotel was fully booked we felt in our room like allone in whole hotel, room was very silent :) About value, feels like price matches with quality!!!

Review 5：Rooms really need a renovation. Besides it was quite cold both in the room and bathroom, so after we got an additional heater, we had to carry it from room to the bathroom, which would be quite funny experience if it wouldn't be a 4* hotel. Speaking of breakfast - it was really good on weekend, but quite poor on Monday, burned (really black) pancakes shouldn't be served at all!

Review 6：Location is perfect - few minutes walk to central fountain, aqua park, shop, restaurants and other attractions. Very nice staff always willing to help.

Review 7：Somehow the Royal chain always has some trouble with catering. A place has "royal" in its name, you would expect that in every aspect of their service. The place was fully booked, probably they could not cope with that. We had breakfast items missing, sub-par menu, we poured some milk for children and it was sour, I mean it had gone bad, nobody checked it. They changed it, of course. A minor nuisance, but still, for this price you would expect more. Another thing - it was really cold in the rooms and we could not make the conditioning work, it just blew cold air when set to 25C. the sauna area did not function well, steam sauna and IR box was not working, the jacuzzi was pretty cold, so we could not use it. Just being honest. The staff was really helpful though. 8 out of 10 overall.

A bunch of tables were not cleaned by the staff so it wasn't easy to find a spot to seat. The room was quite modest. It's definitely far away from 4-start hotel. I suggest to book the other very cool place if you really would like to enjoy your stay - Grand Spa Lietuva. They're worth every penny.

Review 26：The hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The original interior decoration is lovely. The staff went out of their way to be helpful with any question we had. We will stay here again when we are back in Druskinenkai. WiFi worked well. The breakfast was excellent, and the bar were very pleasant. Review 34：The smell in the corridor outside the room was bad (obviously some bad plumbing), junior suite bathroom was quite small and we didn't feel safe balancing in a narrow slippery bathtub while having a shower. Breakfast is low quality as usual in this hotel, although we could see some improvements since our last visit back in 2012. Still, any hotel chef should know how to make scrambled eggs and omelet properly. There were no staff during the breakfast, so plates would stack up on the table and you need to go for a fork hunt when they are over on the food table. So just like all the times before, my conclusion is - poor management.

You can only use free sauna between 9 and 11 in the morning (!) and jakuzzi was totally cold (we were told that it's "the normal temperature"). You also need to take your room towel to hotel's spa (saving on towels in 4 star hotel?). Breakfast was strangely oriented to russian visitors (not what you would normally see on the breakfast table in Lithuania) and there was total lack of care from staff (food, utensils, sugar was contantly out and no one seemed to care).

Had to wait... - Ordered apartments with bath (as described in booking.com and shown in the pictures), but personell said that all apartaments are without baths! Only showers. Instead of this they offered to change to some other bad smelling room with a bath.. No, thanks. - When we arrived to apartment - first impression was, that someone stole half of furniture... Empty rooms without table, chairs, other expected furniture looks "strange". - Breakfast! That was awesome. We arrived half hour before ending of breakfast time - half of dishes finished, no clean glasses, all empty table messy... We could not believe what we saw in "such level" hotel...

Review 114：It was really cold at the hotel in the end of January, 2014, specially in room. Also the wireless internet didn't work in the room at all. The breakfast on weekends is from 8.00 am till 11.00 am. We came to eat at about 10.20 am. and there was nothing to eat, even the coffee machine was empty.

Wifi is not working in the old part of the hotel! Only in the lobby and new building, not a big problem but annoying. It is just strange to close the gym every day...each time you want to use it you have to ask receptionist. Also gym equipment is not in the best shape...looks like new but many things are just broken.

Review 131：Central location just a few steps from main resort attractions, such as water park, restaurants and main spa complex. Superb surrondings with fountains, river bank and nice park. Many things to see and to do. Nice but a bit tired rooms. Nice breakfast at the restaurant. All and all pleasant expirience of staying there.

Review 132：No internet in the room or in the lobby, only in the small room next to lobby. I got a room downstairs - no lift, no one offered to bring my heavy luggage down (I am a woman). In the cellar the corridor smelled of mould a bit, but the room was fine even if its windows looked straight into the restaurant.
