Review 1：The hotel has a few free parking spots but being high season those were full. Not a big problem, we got luck and found a public one along the nearby road.

Review 2：Sea view room with modern furniture and a nice bathroom with a big shower. We enjoyed the discounted price for the sunbeds and umbrella at the beach. Having breakfast on the terrace was very pleasant.

Review 3：Only few restaurants within walking distance, so having a car helps. Have not tried the hotel restaurant for dinner.

Review 4：Staff was very friendly and helpful (and they speak English well). The hotel is conveniently located, next to a nice beach. When the staff saw that our children are quite big they offered a larger room. And they were very forthcoming with explanations about the region and things to do

Review 5：We found it to be extremely noisy. Maybe the rooms have thin walls but we were kept awake until midnight and then woken up again at 6am by a large group of boys that were staying on the floor above us. Wasn't that ideal when we were trying to catch up on sleep and when we spoke to the receptionist the next morning we were not offered any compensation.

Review 7：This is a great hotel with all rooms looking out over the sea. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread is really good, with excellent coffee. In summer you can have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. Minutes' walk from good bars, restaurants and the beach.

Review 8：There is nothing about this hotel that we did not like. The room that we had was perhaps getting near to needing decorating but this was not a problem and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Review 9：This hotel is friendly with extremely helpful staff.The receptionists spoke excellent Engish and were only too willing to give advice and tips about what to do and where to visit. The hotel's position overlooking the sea is delightful and to have a room with a balcony from where to admire was an added bonus.

Review 10：the breakfast is a bit disappointed, we didn;t have a balcony a payed the same price as rooms with balcony, behind the wardrobe on our room is a old door and we could hear the neighbors very loud and there tv, that was horrible, then couldn't know that !

Review 29：The reception location is very unpractical when people come out of the breakfast room the door slams in to the paying customer. The wifi was promised to work in the hotel and it was just working in the reception. Very unfriendly welcome by the staff

Review 33：Great view from the Jr. suite, room 406. The excellent staff helped us with information and directions. If we would return to Imperia we probably stay here again. It is also very close to the train station, Imperia Porto Maurizio. I also recommend a restaurant at the bottom of the hill at the port, Il Pituti. We ate there three times in two days.

Review 45：I have already complained about this. The description on the website of the room does not match the room we got. Our room was shabbily furnished and very old decor. Our chilldren were placed on a different floor even though we booked at Christmas and neither the staff at the hotel or Bookings.com seemed willing to help in any way. I was promised a phone call back but never received one so I just got on with it.

Review 49：The staff were not helpful at all. I stayed there last year and Idon't know if there is a new owner but I had a totally differenceexperience this time round. Reception was very bad. I had consideredhaving my wedding there next year but after seeing a wedding held therewhen we stayed I would never consider it. Very unhappy with stay.

Review 54：The location is just superb ,overlooking the marina. short distance from Oneglia as well where you have few Michelin restaurants that are great (20 min walk along the water and through the park and 5-8min by taxi) Cleaning of the rooms was done daily,the restaurant food was great at dinner time but the best was the Staff.I want to mention Marian (receptionist and tour guide aside- listen to his advices,well worth it). Asunta, Jonathan and Manuela in restaurant.

Review 55：Parking was limited to a small lane at the side of the hotel. I would not recommend a large car or motor home to this parking area. The place could probably use a bit outside maintenance buts that's the common with many places on the mediterranean.

Review 56：This hotel is in a great location across the road from the beach. Although the hotel a beach section (which you have to pay for) there is also free bathing from the sandy beach and rock wall just in front of the hotel. The breakfast was adequate and the room was comfortable with a nice view over the outside eating area and the Mediterranean.
