Review 1：Great everything! The hosts are a lovely couple, courteous and friendly. Clean, colourful rooms. Walking distance to all major local attractions and travel hubs (bus station as well as train station). Friendly hosts - that's the star point.
Review 2：No breakfast but to be fair I knew this before when I booked. There are a couple of restaurants sort of close-by, and nearer the centre, it's all extremely neon/flashy/expensiveboutiques with a number of more expensive places to eat...not to my tatse though
Review 3：Excellent reception on arrival. I thought my room was great what with the computer so I could access the internet. I was really comfortable though the underfloor heating was off on the first night. This was easily remedied when I changed rooms. I felt very secure and safe; I did, everywhere I went in Korea.
Review 4：Very friendly staff. Calm area near the express bus terminal. Very convenient if you are planning to do day trips. Do not expect tourist restaurants in this neighbourhood, but the city centre is within walking distance.

Review 9：The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station. The young owners made us feel welcome and were very helpful, letting us book in 2 hours earlier than anticipated. Very comfortable double room with sitting area, flat screen tv, computer and wi-fi, fridge stocked with water and cold drinks, and pack of toiletries.

Review 12：I like the effort & thoughtfulness that went into designing the room for every comfort. Room and toilet was spacious. The owners were most helpful in advising me how to get to the tourist attractions. The location gives easy access to many attractions.

Review 23：It is definitely a love motel so not so appropriate for a family. On the seedy side. The owner Mr Kang was only around during check in and check out. Otherwise we did not see anyone around.

Bus to Bulguska temple, seokuram grotto and Gyeonju museum also only 5 min away (across Express bus terminal) Owners were great and helped where they could. Room was very spacious (deluxeroom) and included big tv and pc. Free wifi available and ammenities like water and free juices Excellent value for your money. You cannot go wrong choosing this accomodation.
Review 28：The owners were super nice!! When we lost our bike lock, they wouldn't even let us pay for it, even though we offered multiple times. They really made you feel welcome and answered all our questions. Even gave us free water :). Room itself was also very nice. Airco in good working condition. Large bathroom and everything was clean.
Review 29：The couple who runs this motel is super nice (they gave us free watermelon on a hot summer day!). When we asked for things like towels and extra drinks, things would be provided to us right away without having to wait.

Review 37：The motel is very close to the intercity bus terminal and normal bus stops to various sights around Gyeongju. There's a McDonald's down the road and a supermarket nearby, decent area, safe, but that probably goes for all of Gyeongju, if not all of Korea. The room was clean, ac, tv, comfortable bed and a nice shower. Surprisingly good for the price, but the best thing about this place is definitely the staff. They were extremely nice and helpful, showing me where to go and advising about all things related to exploring the area. Kang, if you're reading this, thank you so much for everything!

Review 45：Everything was perfect - the room is beautiful, very spacious, comfortable bed with all the amenities and a great en suite bathroom. We extended our stay because it was such a great place. Also a few minutes walk from the centre and the main bus station. The owners were so lovely and helpful and even offered us a home cooked traditional pancake. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in gyeongju!
Review 46：Amazing customer service, a young couple run this hotel, they couldn't do enought ok accomodate us, we have been travelling and needed some washing done when we enquired they took our washing washed, dried and returned it to us folded. Spacious room, good wifi, many English channel options available, great shower, spacious room, refreshments on arrival in the fridge we had everything we needed.

Spacious and comfortable room with TV, fridge, air con, heater, electric blanket, desk, sofa and a big shower (there were also rooms with a bath tub). Also free laundry service. The people running this place are charming and helpful. No breakfast, but there's a kettle and tea/coffee, and there are cafes all over the place. There's also a big supermarket a couple of minutes' walk away. It's a short walk from the express bus station (the tourist info booth gave me directions), and all the downtown sights are within easy walking distance. I was totally satisfied.

Review 61：The room was on the ground floor and appeared not to have a window. I later found that there was one behind a wooden panel (it looked out onto an alley anyway) but because of this and with a light not working, it seemed quite dark for me.
Review 62：I was upgraded to a larger room, which was great. TV was huge and the bed had an electric blanket so I was nice and warm during the very cold February night I stayed. Only a short walk to the main park and area where the tumuli are. The owner of the motel seemed friendly and helped me book a taxi to the station.
