Review 1：Although the hotel says Shinsaibashi, it is still about a 1 kilometer walk to get to Shinsaibashi. The interior of the hotel is dated but the bathrooms are updated.
Review 2：Good for the budget traveller. The offerings for the breakfast buffet are not a lot but good enough to start the day. The staff is helpful.

Review 4：Housekeeper left the toiletry bag that including towels at the door, when they can not come in to clean your room. Selection of tea bags at the front desk which you can help yourself anytime.

Review 17：no escalator nor elevator connected from subway to surface (you have to carry your luggage from underground to surface) . the hotel facilities are a bit old and some corners are dusty. the handover of key when you wanna go out, sometimes is quite annoying coz you know when you are living nearby the shopping area, you do wanna shop for while and go back to hotel for a break and then shop again - handing in the keys creates more workload to the staff and time consuming for guests.

Review 34：The keys were interesting. They were actually keys and you had to turn them in when you left. It wasn't too bad, because if I got drunk I knew they had the keys.
Review 35：I had a great time. This hotel is in the dead center of shinsaibashi, and a block and a half away from shinsaibashi station. There is food places in either direction that I walked and lots more the further I ventured. My credit card was not working for some reason. It wasn't the hotels fault, more like Japan in general. I had a smoking room, so there was a lingering cigarette smell. Other than that, staff is wonderful and helpful. And if it wasn't for Halloween, I would of had no idea there was a club in the basement of this hotel either

Review 42：I hated that the walls must've been so thin, because in the mornings I was woken up by families yelling to their kids at 7-8am very easily. I was also kept up sometimes in the evenings by the same thing. It was annoying and woke me up but i was able to fall back asleep.
