Review 1：The car park is kind of separate from the main building so you can't go there by the elevator but walk to the back of the hotel, walk down through the entrance of the car park. The staff did help us to carry our suitcases though but still it's a bit inconvenient.

Despite being located on the main street, the hotel is still quiet at night with minimal disturbance. 3 bed room is comfortable enough, but i believe with more luggage it will be a squeeze. Price is v affordable!

Review 9：This hotel was conveniently located, clean, comfortable, extremely reasonably priced, and had an assortment of Japanese and Western options for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and directed us to everything we needed in the city, including a delicious yakiniku restaurant. If I travel to Kumamoto in the future, I will absolutely stay here again.

The room was not large, but big enough for 3 adults and our luggage. The Hotel is clean and modern. The staff did not have a lot of English but enough to function with.

Review 35：Hotel's really economical, and our expectations were very, very low. To our surprise, it was a very cool place to sleep, with very helpful staff (although their english wasn't perfect they tried their best in explaining us the routes, locations, etc.). Room was in perfect condition, not too big but really clean and the bed was comfy. The size of the bed was pretty just for 2 adults and an infant. But we managed just fine to sleep through the night.
