Review 1：I didn't like the fact that the first room we were shown was very small and in adequate for two people for luggage etc.

Review 3：rooms were very ascetic and small also junior sweet. Just white walls, bed and dresser, definitely over priced. Photos of rooms are actually pictures of lobby area.

Review 23：Hotel air conditioning was an absolute disaster- the temperature in our room was 26C - it was impossible to sleep. Yet, they tried to convince us that the system was ok. It clearly wasn't, or they turn it off overnight. The breakfast was substandard for a four star hotel. We had dinner the day we arrived, but, in spite of the lovely views, we did not feel inspired to return to the hotel restaurant. There is effectively no gym, unless a tiny room with few machines counts. Should I mention? - no air-con either. The staff was not very approachable and quite reserved when asked for assistance, with rare exceptions. Overall, this hotel is not a good value for money.

Review 43：Poor WiFi in public areas and non-existent in rooms, which is very disappointing for a hotel of this class. For the money you pay and the fact that a number of the rooms have been recently renovated, it would seem logical to have WiFi. Hotel rooms not very well sound proofed, despite recent renovation to some rooms (including the one we stayed in). You can even near neighbours opening and closing their curtains and people walking in rooms above. This should be rectified by hotel in near future. Bar appeared well stocked but in short supply of staff, so it was hard to get a drink. Breakfast had a decent range, though the idea of cold pancakes having to be heated up by the patrons in an old microwave wasn’t overly appealing. The orange juice was simply undrinkable, as it was effectively orange sugary water. The eggs and bacon looked a few days old.

Review 44：Views from hotel stunning and I highly recommend eating dinner at hotel for fabulous views and atmosphere, provided the wind has died down from the day time. Much better views from this restaurant than any others I saw in town. Bathrooms well appointed with good toiletries, yet no tissues! Hotel well positioned near town but far enough away from pretentiousness. All in all, I'd recommend staying here given the lack of choices so close to town and the lovely views from the restaurant. It's a good hotel but not great, so be prepared to pay for the nose for an average hotel.

Review 45：Nothing was bad, but nothing was great either. We got one of those not so great rooms without a view and with a bit of noise because it's very close to the street. It was also one of the cheapest (of the hotel, though not cheap at all in general, however, considering the area, still OK). Breakfast is not amazing, it's OK, but I would expect fresher, more local, seasonal products.

This would go on until at least 11.30pm. would benefit from an indoor shower/refreshment room as if you are travelling home late evening the shower pool or downstairs toilets are not very nice to get changed/showered for the airport.

Review 65：Small room overlooking the mountain in the back, limited amenities, wifi barely working. Staff is friendly and relaxed, but slightly too amateurish at the reception. The hotel is managed by a Sardinian company, also running another iconic hotel, Le Dune in Ingurtosu. This is good. However, some more professionalism and more effectiveness at check in and out would make the experience even better.
