Review 1：Breakfast was very much lacking and badly presented. Scrambled egg was left in a cold server tray with the lid open - no attempt was ever made to keep it warm - never in my life have I ever experienced this !! For a spa hotel there was little of what I would call healthy food on offer. Generally speaking I felt the whole hotel lacked professionalism.

Review 2：Everyone at the hotel tries very hard but there is something missing. The grounds and pool areas are really lovely and well kept. Security also appears good with lots of systems in place to prevent unauthorised access. Rooms are also well appointed and the Wifi works really well.

Review 3：Only one member of staff on duty in the restaurant so she was rushed off her feet. This meant some delay in being attended to. Also, quite difficult to find.

Review 4：On the edge of the town so free car parking. Very pleasant grounds with lawns and swimming pool. Receptionists very helpful. Old historic town easy to access.

Review 5：We called the hotel and asced for a quote on late check out. We verbally agreed on a rate. However the hotel has send us an email a week later that we have to pay a full night for late ckeck out.

Review 6：The restaurant menu was very limited and the operation of restaurant is one of a missed opportunity. There was not an adequate place to stop at the reception. The reception is signposted in the car park some 50metres beyond but not signed as you drive past it.

Review 7：The grounds were beautifully kept. All the rooms are at ground level.

Review 10：The glass staircase is dangerous The bath took too long to fill up and was not hot enough. Decided to take a shower. Too difficult to find as the street is not on the sat Nav. Breakfast was fair. My opinion this hotel is a three star. Looks better on the internet than it actually is

Review 12：Due to bad weather, it snowed, we were forced to move for training karting in another city and vmsete 2 nights accommodation, left just after 1 day, I asked to calculate upon us for one day, but we were told that we had booked through Booking.com website and we took off payment for 2 days even though we lived just one day, saying that it was necessary to report for 24 hours. Very not true, please understand.

Review 14：Restaurant service was slow and disorganized. We got to the restaurant at 19:30 when it opened, no tables set and no staff present. Breakfast was poor - supposedly open until 10:00 but when we got there at 9:00 the scrambled eggs were stone cold, whilst the cold meats were at room temperature as they weren't chilled, all the yoghurt was gone, and the toaster didn't work.

Review 15：Quality of meals at dinner was excellent. Very pleasant setting, pool is great. Comfortable and quiet rooms.

Review 17：Hotel has attractive grounds and rooms are modern, clean and comfortable with excellent bathrooms and view of gardens. Location is secure, staff good. Breakfast much improved since our visit last year.

Review 18：Breakfast could be better with more fresh ingredients like bread and vegetables.Not so tasty for non Italians. Room is quite dense and hot but it's in motel style so you can't leave windows open, and air condition didn't work in cooling. Tiny TV. Spa hours are not businessmen friendly. The spa is opened 9:00 to 18:30 to 19:00 (day dependent) and leave very little time after returning from work. Mostly suitable for vacation.
