Review 1：The hotel gave me a smoking room instead of non-smoking room. The reception officers are not much friendly and their english are not good.

Review 2：This hotel is very close to Shinsaibashi station.

Review 3：We could hear some noises from the corridor but generally speaking the place was very calm although it was in city centre. Lack of breakfast option within the hotel - we could eat at the indepently-run cafe but we didn't want to have Western-style breakfast.

Review 4：Location is really great !! It's just around the corner from Shisaibaishi Shopping Gallery, and 10 minutes walk to Dotonburi. The hotel is clean, staff is very professional, the beds are comfortable and there was little noise from the outside as the window looked on to the backyard.

Review 9：Bed is small even for 2 chinese like me. Nevermind because we only sleep few hrs a day. I got 2 pillows, but 1 is super soft and 1 super hard,(belive this should be for 1 person). So i asked the staff to get me 2 more and what he could only repeatedly say in English is ”2 people only get 2 pillows” and hang out the phone, very rude! I never met a staff like this before and i hope this only an exceptional case!

Review 10：Price is reasonable, with excellent location for crazy shopping, just 4min from 心斉橋station exit 7, but through that exit, we hv to hand carry the luggages few stairs without lift/elevator.

Review 11：as expected the room is typically small. for us it s completely fine as we only have one big plus one small luggage, we can open them at the same time on the floor without blocking our way.

Review 12：location, location and location. It is right at the centre of everything. Surprisingly my windows has a city view, sunlight comes in at day time. they might not have updated on booking.com but the hotel has good and free wifi signal in rooms too.

Review 13：WIFI in the lobby only. booked a room for two, the bed is only 1.2m wide. its okay for my boyfriend and me since we are both pretty petit. but not sure about most westerner couples.

Review 14：very good location, walk to shinsaibashi subway station in 10 min. and 15 to namba station, very good for day trips outside osaka. hotel is in american mura, lots amazing restaurants and izakaya around. also lots neat stores around for shopping. right across street from kate spade and around the corner of UGG. very easy to find. staff can speak english. not exactly well but you can get around. room is tiny and really equiped. amazing job considering how confined the space is.

The air conditioning in the room is fairly warm, even though we chose "high" it is like around 26-27 degree, plus the room is small, the air inside is not circulate well.

Upon politely mentioning to the staff this was unsatisfactory no sorry was offered. If you book non smoking you should be informed that there is no more non smoking rooms available. I would have booked elsewhere.
