Review 1：As some of the other reviews said the power went out in the middle of the night. Most people are asleep so it wouldn't make a difference or even be noticed by most.

Review 2：Comfortable farmhouse inn. Very clean bathrooms. We would stay here again. Breakfast is rather bleak so we passed on it. Staff was pleasant. It is on a VERY steep hill so beware for the time you are travelling. I wouldn't dare go here with snow!

Review 3：Taxi costs within the area are ridiculously high. There are only 4 taxi drivers, they all know each other so expect to pay more.

Review 4：The villa and grounds are much more beautiful than the pictures. Serena was extremely helpful and friendly. It really was a great experience!

Review 5：Beautiful surroundings. You need a car to get to restaurants and supermarket both just 10 minute drive away. As advertised, large living space. Very clean. Really friendly staff. Free cot beds for children. We will be back!

Facilities were awesome - had everything. Apartment and whole estate was quaint and nicely decorated. Location was 7 min from Space outlets, 10min to main train station and big supermarket. Very beautiful place and super economical.

Review 19：You need a car to get around the town and even to the residence. Depending on Taxis is expensive and if you want to stay out late, not even readily available. While the town was nice, I wouldn't say there was very much to do.

Review 20：We stayed at the Villa Le Vigne for a night on the way to Florence from Rome. The room was very well done and the area around the house was very nice. The wine tour was great. By far the best part of the stay was the House Manager. She was over accommodating and very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in town that is sponsored by the property is a must visit. The food was the most amazing we had in Italy!

Review 21：Only downside would be the mosquitos but that comes with the territory- Not an issue with the villa. Highly highly recommended.

Review 22：Arrived without any hassle by car to be greeted by Selena- she was wonderful- so helpful, friendly and chatty. The room, a double room by reception was lovely- down a few steps to a cool room, blue colour scheme- You can tell a lot of thought went into the rooms- very authentic. The rest of the Villa was class- the gardens, the swimming pool, the view- the homemade wine and olive oil. You can walk the farm grounds, through the groves and vines. We took the bikes for a spin until we met the hill and then turned back to get the car! Didnt get a chance to see the wine cellar but did sample 2 of the wines- excellent. The staff, especially Selena know how to look after the customers- The kitchen was great for breakfast. you can work away at your own convenience, with the buffet laid out. The brochures and area guides we were given were excellent, showing all the tourist stops and spots within the area, along with directions and maps- very very well done. Selena recommended the Villa's sister restaurant La Vasca in the town of Montevarchi- A must visit- from the outside it looks a bit plain at daytime but the food is top notch. The big fridge of steak as you walk in, still drooling over it! We had pasta and steak/osso bucco after. Best pasta by a mile.

Besides, the wine from this farm are in good quality. That can be good choice as pleasant gift. To reach the SPACE outlet, just take 5~10 minutes by driving. Also not far away to The mall, from the space drive around 30 minutes can arrive. If you are going to The space and The mall by car, this farm can be the best choice. There is also a beautiful swimming pool in the yard. Hoping I can pay another visit back next summer. 非常令人满意的一次行程，庄园坐满在托斯卡纳的山谷，房间旁边就是连绵起伏的葡萄园，景色优美。每个房间都整洁平净，充满家的味道，而不象是平常的旅馆。浴室的洁具新且干净。从庄园到THE SPACE只需要5到10分钟车程，从THE SPACE去THE MALL，大约30分钟车程。如果一天的自驾购物行程，可以住在庄园，早上先到THE SAPCE，然后再去THE MALL，从THE MALL开车去佛罗伦萨也只需要大约50分钟，可以到市区，整个区域的交通状况很好。

Review 43：The condition was great. The hospitality of Mr Andrea is unusual. We got interesting tour in the local winery, by Mr Andrea. To sum up, it was wonderful vacation.

The three-bedroom apartment we stayed in was very spacious, clean, and a great value. The grounds were well maintained and so quiet. Review 57：This was advertised as a Agriturismo, but I'd consider it a B&B because I didn't see any animals (besides dogs) or gardens, except for the vineyards. It has beautiful grounds and a pool, unfortunately it was too cool to use the pool. Our room was a one bedroom apartment with kitchen that was nice. The restaurant wasn't on site, but in town. We did go there and the food was delicious and plentiful and had a different wine with each course, which was excellent. Also, there is a Prada Outlet close by.

Our room was cosy and beautifully decorated withlovely painted wooden furniture and even had a kitchenette. Thecomplimentary bottle of wine which the winery produces was a nice touch.We opted to have breakfast in the breakfast/kitchen area which was ahelp-yourself set up. Good range of cereals, breads, yogurt, etc. Duringour stay, the weather was cold, grey and wet so we couldn't use thepool nor spend our time outdoors. And we finally got to meet the lovelySerena whom I had been emailing prior to our arrival! They have a cutecat (forget his name) who apparently likes to bunk in with the guests.He does scoot in and heads directly under the bed should you leave yourdoor open!

Thebeautiful old building and its surroundings have been carefullyrestored and decorated with good taste, and offer a pleasantenvironment for relaxing - with all modern conveniences.The staff isextremely friendly, and all rooms have a wonderful information packageon local activities. I warmly recommend Villa Le Vignel to everyonelooking for a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the view and good wine.It was a very positive surprise indeed!
