Review 2：Hotel Palatino was overbooked so they gave us a luxury room in their premium hotel (Palazzo Seneca) in the center of town. This place was fantastic in all respects antique furniture and books and resplendent meeting rooms on the ground floor as well as an excellent restaurant.

Review 3：At least in October 2014, Hotel Palatino is completely closed in spite of the fact that booking.com takes reservations (with confirmation mails) for this hotel.

Review 4：As we were checking out, the head staff person accused us of taking a hotel binder as souvenir . I was very upset over this accusation. At our next hotel, I found their email address and wrote an angry email to them demanding an apology. They responded toy email and said it was their error and apologized.

Review 13：Could never find any staff at reception, the staff in the restaurant/barwere really curt and the breakfast was really bad.

Review 16：The hotel is quite good if you want to come to Norcia just for a day or so to explore the city. The location is quite nice - just a few minutes stroll to the city center.
